摘要: A method and a system for continuously in-line annealing a forwarding ferromagnetic amorphous alloy ribbon in a curved shape to improve its magnetic properties without causing the ribbon to become brittle and which operates at significant high ribbon feeding rates. The amorphous alloy ribbon is fed forward, tensioned and guided along a path at a preset feeding rate and is heated at a point along the path at a rate greater than 103° C./sec to a temperature to initiate a thermal treatment. Then the ribbon is initially cooled at a rate greater than 103° C./sec until the thermal treatment ends. During the thermal treatment, a series of mechanical constraints is applied on the ribbon until the amorphous alloy ribbon adopts a specific shape at rest after the thermal treatment is ended. After the initial cooling, the amorphous alloy ribbon is subsequently cooled at a sufficient rate to a temperature that will preserve the specific shape.

摘要: An induction heating head for melting and supplying a metal material includes an induction heating coil electrically connected to a high-frequency power source, and a magnetic core configured to provide a path of a magnetic flux induced by the induction heating coil. The magnetic core is made of a magnetic material and is formed in a hollow cylinder shape. The magnetic core includes an inlet portion through which the metal material is supplied into a bore of the magnetic core and an outlet portion from which the metal material is discharged. The outlet portion of the magnetic core is configured such that a magnetic flux passes through the metal material discharged through the outlet portion so as to heat and melt the metal material discharged from the magnetic core.

摘要: A fixing device includes: a rotatable member including an electroconductive layer; a helical coil having a helical axis direction along a generatrix direction of the rotatable member; a magnetic member not forming a loop outside the electroconductive layer; a frequency setting portion for setting a frequency of an AC current caused to flow through the coil; and a temperature detecting portion for detecting a temperature of the rotatable member, including a first temperature detecting member and a second temperature detecting member. The electroconductive layer generates heat through electromagnetic induction heating by magnetic flux resulting from the AC current, and an image is fixed on a recording material by heat of the rotatable member. The frequency setting portion sets the frequency depending on a value of a difference between a detection temperature of the first temperature detecting member and a detection temperature of the second temperature detecting member.

The magnetic field of the coil unit (111) is arranged to induce a voltage in the electric current conductor (120) and the element (130), where the induced voltage creates an electric current in the closed conduit, and where the element (130) is configured to be heated by the electric current.

摘要: An induction heating cooker and a control circuit therefor are provided. The cooker includes a switch element and an inductive coil, which is coupled between a power voltage and a first terminal of the switch element. A second terminal of the switch element is coupled to a common voltage. The control circuit includes first and second comparators and a pulse generator. The first comparator receives voltages of two terminals of the inductive coil and thus outputs a trigger signal. The second comparator receives a reference voltage and a voltage of the first terminal of the switch element, and enables a fading signal when the voltage of the first terminal is higher than the reference voltage. When the trigger signal is enabled, the pulse generator outputs a pulse to control the switch element. When the fading signal is enabled, the pulse generator reduces a pulse width of the pulse.

摘要: An adjustable heating mantle for tool holder includes a mantle body, a positioning plate, an adjusting unit, a lid and a lever rod. The positioning plate is mounted on the top of the mantle body and has an assembling recess. The adjusting unit is mounted in the assembling recess and has two magnetic shielding boards, a sliding ring and two connecting rods. A lid covers a top face of the positioning plate and is mounted on the top of mantle body. A lever rod is inserted through the lid and mounted on one of the magnetic shielding boards. The two magnetic shielding boards are capable of being rotated synchronously by moving the lever rod for shielding magnetic force and fitting cutting tools of different diameters.

摘要: A support frame for an electrical transformer assembly, comprising two loop-shaped parts, each loop-shaped part having a plurality of limbs, each limb having a peripheral recessed portion in which a primary electrical coil is mountable, and at least one secondary coil is mountable in piggyback on the primary electrical coil, one limb of each loop-shaped part having a straight section. The frame also includes an adjustable attaching means for attaching one of the loop-shaped parts with respect to the other loop-shaped part and adjusting a distance therebetween, so that only the straight sections are adjacent and form a central leg, the central leg being for receiving a magnetic core distinct from the attaching means. The frame provides a means and a method to efficiently secure adjacent windings in a circular core transformer kernel.

Each plate has a metal plate body in which a recessed housing portion that houses the induction coil is formed, and a cover that closes the recessed housing portion in a state where the induction coil is housed therein. A cover placement portion having a step that is greater than or equal to the thickness of the metal cover is formed in the metal plate body, and a plurality of jacket chambers in which a gas-liquid two phase heating medium is enclosed are formed in the metal plate body.
