摘要: There is provided an aqueous pigment dispersion that makes it possible to prepare an environmentally conscious aqueous inkjet ink in which a pigment is finely dispersed in a stable manner and at a high level and which is capable of recording an image having excellent durability, glossiness, color developability, and adhesiveness to various printing substrates. The aqueous pigment dispersion is an aqueous pigment dispersion containing a pigment, water, a water-soluble organic solvent, and a polymeric dispersant that disperses the pigment, wherein the polymeric dispersant is a polymer including a constitutional unit (i) derived from at least one of (meth)acrylic acid and itaconic acid, and a constituent unit (ii) derived from a (meth)acrylate derived from biological material, such as ethyl (meth)acrylate, having an acid value of 30 to 250 mgKOH/g, having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 30,000, and having a polydispersity index (weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight) of 2.5 or less, wherein the content of the constituent unit (ii) is 50% by mass or more, and at least part of carboxy groups are neutralized with an alkali.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing non-sintered liquid metal ink, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing liquid metal ink manufactured without a sintering process. The method of manufacturing liquid metal ink according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: (a) inputting a solvent into liquid metal in a container at room temperature; (b) performing oxide film-removing treatment on the liquid metal of step (a); and (c) dispersing the liquid metal that has undergone step (b) in a form of nanoparticles through ultrasonic treatment.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the use of occluding fluids, such as a high-density fluid (a “z-fluid”) or a low-density fluid (an “a-fluid”), to displace resin within a vat during 3D printing. Further, an a-fluid may act as a protective boundary for a 3D printing resin wherein the a-fluid sits on top of the printing resin. Another embodiment of the disclosure provides a process of assessing which regions of a computer-aided design (CAD) model take advantage of a buoying force supplied by the occluding fluid, such that fewer support structures are needed for printing a final CAD model compared to printing the CAD model without the occluding fluid.

摘要: A method may form an electroconductive and hydrophobic microporous layer (MPL) at an active layer surface configured for an electrochemical converter, including: (a) providing a non-aqueous dispersion, called “ink”, including a carbon-based particulate material and an organic solvent; (b) forming an ink deposit at the active layer surface; and (c) evaporating the solvent(s) to form a microporous layer, simultaneously and/or subsequently to the forming (b). The ink may include poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropene), dissolved in the organic solvent. Ink may prepare such a microporous layer, and a multilayer structure including an active layer supported by a solid electrolyte membrane and contacting, at its face on the opposite side the solid membrane, with a microporous layer obtained by the such a method. A membrane-electrode assembly may include such a multilayer structure. Such an MEA may be used in an individual cell of an electrochemical converter, in particular in a PEMFC.

The ink composition includes (A) a semiconductor nanorod; and (B) a mixed solvent including a first solvent, a second solvent, and a third solvent, wherein the first solvent has a viscosity of less than or equal to 70 cps at 25° C. and includes a compound having a dielectric constant of greater than or equal to 5, the second solvent includes a compound having a viscosity of greater than or equal to 80 cps at 25° C. or being a solid or having a dielectric constant of greater than or equal to 5, and the third solvent includes a compound having a dielectric constant of less than 5.
