摘要: A plug connector part for electrical connection to a mating plug connector part is provided. The plug connector part includes a housing and a contact carrier that is movable in relation to the housing. The contact carrier includes at least one electrical contact for the mating plug connector part and a slider that is movable in relation to the housing and to the contact carrier. The plug connector part for includes an elastic element that is supported on the slider and on the contact carrier in such a way that the elastic element is tensioned by a displacement of the slider in relation to the contact carrier.

摘要: A system and method for sterilizing a wheelchair, stretcher or the like, that comprises an intravenous (IV) pole attaching to the wheelchair or stretcher having an electrical connector at the pole top, and a reflective drape having an interior lined with UV LED lights that electrically connects to the connector on top of the IV pole when draped over the wheelchair or stretcher. The UV LED lights sterilize the wheelchair or other equipment that is under the drape after a period of exposure to UV radiation without using disinfectant chemical sprays or wiping with disinfectant cloths and without staff attention.

摘要: A three-phase electrical connection system includes a socket, a plug, and a two-part magnetic indexing device with two parts, one being fastened to the socket and the other being integral with the plug. Both parts have an annular yoke and a magnet set comprising three permanent magnets. The yoke comprises ferromagnetic material, an axis of revolution, and at least one revolution support face formed in a plane transverse to the axis of revolution. The face is divided into three distinct annular portions, each of which extends one-hundred and twenty degrees of arc. The three magnets are attached to a distinct annular portion of the yoke and are spaced from one another by a first non-zero angular interval. The magnets all have the same magnetic orientation parallel to the axis of revolution. The magnets of the two part are attracted to each other.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an aerosol delivery device and a cartridge for an aerosol delivery device. In various implementations, the aerosol delivery device comprises a control device that includes an outer housing defining a cartridge receiving chamber, and further includes a power source and a control component, and a cartridge that includes a mouthpiece, a tank, a heating assembly, and a bottom cap. The mouthpiece defines an exit portal in an end thereof, and the tank is configured to contain a liquid composition therein. The cartridge is configured to be removably coupled with the receiving chamber of the control device, and the heating assembly defines a vaporization chamber and is configured to heat the liquid composition to generate an aerosol. The heating assembly comprises a substantially planar heating member and a liquid transport element, wherein the heating member is installed in a bowed orientation.

摘要: Rapid edge-coupling and decoupling of circuits is effected by current carrying magnets. The magnets are preferably neodymium iron boron for magnetic strength, although other suitable magnetic compositions are contemplated. As used herein, the term “magnet” includes both one or more magnetic materials, and any electrically conductive protective or other coating about the magnetic material(s). In preferred embodiments at least one of the magnets is slidable in at least a first degree of freedom. Movement of the magnet is constrained by a mechanical guide, which can optionally have curved sides. Electrical current can be carried to/from the magnet through an electrical path on or in a substrate, and in some embodiments through sides of the mechanical guide. In various embodiments, the electrical path might or might not extend to the edge of the substrate.

摘要: Systems, devices and methods are described for connecting multiple electrical connectors as a group with corresponding receiving sockets, or connection ports, in a medical device. A multiple electrical connector plate acts as an intermediate connector for quickly engaging or disengaging a group of electrodes with the corresponding device as a single unit. The connection plate includes multiple sections that allow a connector to be snapped securely in place on the connection plate such that the connector does not pull or push free from its snapped in location, resulting in group handling of electrical connectors that is less time consuming, reduces errors and positively impacts the quality of medical care.

摘要: A connector includes a housing including a plug opening and a cable opening. A cable extends through the cable opening away from the housing. An electronic plug is connected to the cable within the housing and extends through the plug opening away from the housing. The electronic plug is selectively moveable relative to the housing between an extended position and a retracted position when a pulling force is applied to the cable. A bias mechanism biases the electronic plug to the extended position.
