Abstract: A method performed by a first wireless access point for coordinating a multi-access point transmission in a wireless network of multiple access points includes receiving an indication of a transmit opportunity for the first wireless access point, transmitting at least one indication frame to the multiple access points comprising information related to the transmit opportunity, receiving at least one request frame from one or more access points of the multiple access points indicating participation with the transmit opportunity, and transmitting a trigger frame to the one or more access points that indicated participation with the transmit opportunity, wherein the trigger frame comprises information indicating respective power levels for the participating access points. The shared transmit opportunity may then be used to transmit downlink data to associated stations of the first wireless access point and the other participating access points during the transmit opportunity.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting uplink control information (UCI) for Long Term Evolution-Advanced (LTE-A) using carrier aggregation is disclosed. Abstract: Method, apparatus and systems are disclosed that may be implemented in wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and/or a UAV-controller (UAV-C). In one representative method, the UAV may switch from a first Command and Control (C2) communication link between a UAV and a first UAV-C to a second C2 communication link for C2 communications. The method may include determining, by the WTRU, to switch C2 communications from the first C2 communication link to the second C2 communication link based on a C2 switching condition; sending, by the WTRU to a C2 control entity, a notification indicating link information used to determine switching from the first C2 communication link to the second C2 communication link; receiving, by the WTRU from the C2 control entity, information indicating a switch; and switching, by the WTRU, C2 communications from the first C2 communication link to the second C2 communication link.

Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may transmit a preamble using a physical random access channel (PRACH) and determine a location of a random access response (RAR) based on a parameter of the PRACH. The location may include a subframe and/or a frequency resource on which the RAR is transmitted. The RAR may be received at the location. A device may receive a preamble using a PRACH associated with a coverage enhancement (CE) level and/or a CE mode of a WTRU. The device may determine a location of an RAR based on a parameter of the PRACH. The location may include a subframe and/or a frequency resource on which the RAR is to be transmitted. The device may determine a number of repetitions of the RAR to transmit based on the CE level or CE mode. The RAR may be transmitted at the location with the determined number of repetitions.

Abstract: Systems and methods are contemplated for reconfiguration of one or more MAC instances while the WTRU is operating using dual- or multi-MAC instance connectivity. For example, upon reception of RRC reconfiguration information that modifies one or more secondary MAC instances, the WTRU may transmit a reconfiguration complete message to a Macro eNB (MeNB) and may synchronize to small-cell or secondary eNB (SeNB), for example if triggered by one or more of an RRC flag, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) order (MeNB/SeNB), MAC activation information, etc. For example, the WTRU may synchronize to the SeNB for specific type(s) of RRC reconfigurations, but not other type(s) of RRC reconfigurations. Although examples may be described in terms of dual connectivity, the WTRU may establish connectivity and perform mobility procedures with more than two radio access network (RAN) nodes (e.g., eNBs), and the embodiments described may be equally applicable to those scenarios.

Such techniques enable a UE to maintain at least one beam process for operation with multiple beams and/or points. A beam process may be indicated for transmission or reception over a downlink or uplink physical channel. Power, timing, and channel state information may be specific to a beam process. A beam process may be established as part of a random access procedure in which resources may be provisioned in random access response messages. Techniques are provided to handle beam process failures, to use beam processes for mobility, and to select beams using open-loop and closed-loop selection procedures.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for multiple access schemes for Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) with full-duplex radios. For example, an access point (AP), in response to receiving a request to send (RTS) from a first station (STA), may transmit a full-duplex clear to send (FD CTS) to the first STA and a full-duplex request to send (FD RTS) to a second STA. In response to transmitting the FD RTS to the second STA, the AP may receive a clear to send (CTS) from the second STA. The AP may transmit, to both the first STA and the second STA, a FD trigger frame that includes scheduling information to enables FD communication with the first STA for uplink (UL) data and the second STA for downlink (DL) data at a same time. The scheduling information may include timing information and channel information for the FD communication.
