Abstract:
Techniques are provided for scheduled and non-scheduled delivery of messages. A message directed to at least one consumer is received at a message entity. The message is determined to include a scheduled delivery time. The received message is stored in a scheduled sub-queue of the message entity. Activation metadata is retrieved and stored for any messages stored in the scheduled sub-queue that include a scheduled delivery time within a predetermined upcoming time period. If when the message is received, the scheduled delivery time of the message is within a current activation window, the activation metadata for the message may be extracted and stored immediately. The stored activation metadata is analyzed to determine a batch of messages in the scheduled sub-queue ready for delivery. The determined batch of messages is stored in an active sub-queue of the message entity, to be ready for delivery at the request of a consumer.
Abstract:
An AC plasma ejection gun, a method for supplying power to the gun, and a pulverized coal burner are provided. The ejection gun comprising a front electrode and a rear electrode. There is a gap between the electric rear electrode and said front electrode. The ejection gun can work with small current and large power, so that the life of the plasma ejection gun is prolonged.

Abstract:
Described herein are materials for use in electrolytes that provide a number of desirable characteristics when implemented within batteries, such as high stability during battery cycling up to high temperatures high voltages, high discharge capacity, high coulombic efficiency, and excellent retention of discharge capacity and coulombic efficiency over several cycles of charging and discharging. In some embodiments, a high voltage electrolyte includes a base electrolyte and a set of additive compounds, which impart these desirable performance characteristics.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to communications technologies, and discloses a method for monitoring the state of a fiber line, a repeater, and a submarine cable system. The repeater includes a first optical amplifier (OA), a second optical amplifier, a first gating unit, a second gating unit, a first coupler, a second coupler, a third coupler, and a fourth coupler. The first coupler, the fourth coupler, and the first gating unit form an in-to-in loopback path between the input end of the first OA and the input end of the second OA; and the second coupler, the third coupler, and the second gating unit form an out-to-out loopback path between the output end of the first OA and the output end of the second OA.
Abstract:
An Instant Messaging (IM) method and server are provided. The method includes: receiving instance login information sent by an IM client, wherein the instance login information at least includes login information of a user of the IM client and instance information of a terminal located by the IM client (101); authenticating identity of the user of the IM client, according to the login information in the instance login information (102); when the authenticating is passed, allocating an instance number for the IM client, according to the instance information in the instance login information, wherein the instance number is configured to uniquely identify the IM client (103). The server includes a receiving module (801), an authenticating module (802) and an allocating module (803). By adopting the method and server provided, multipoint login of one login account may be effectively achieved, and multiple aspects requirements of a user may be satisfied.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for migrating a Sub-Network Connection Protection (SNCP) service. The method comprises: receiving a migration request of an SNCP service, wherein the migration request comprises one of: Permanent Connection (PC) to Soft Permanent Connection (SPC) migration, SPC to PC migration; respectively setting cross status control bits of a current operation connection and a correlative connection thereof according to the received migration request, and performing collective migration of the current operation connection and the correlative connection thereof according to the set cross status control bits; respectively modifying the cross status control bits of the current connection and the correlative connection thereof according to the migration result. The consistency of cross management authorities of a working connection and a protection connection of the SNCP service migration can be ensured by the present invention.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to novel compounds of Formula (I) pharmaceutically acceptable salts, biologically active metabolites, pro-drugs, racemates, enantiomers, diastereomers, solvates and hydrates thereof wherein the variables are defined as herein. The compounds of Formula (I) are useful as kinase inhibitors and as such would be useful in treating certain conditions and diseases, especially inflammatory conditions and diseases and proliferative disorders and conditions, for example, cancers.
Abstract:
Provided herein are compositions, systems, methods, and kits for joining together the ends of one or more polynucleotides using at least one pair of blocking oligonucleotide adaptors. Blocking oligonucleotide adaptors can be used to reduce the formation of adaptor dimers or trimers (or higher-order concatemers) which can improve the yield of desirable polynucleotide-adaptor products in any recombinant nucleic acid workflow. Blocking oligonucleotide adaptors can comprise a double-stranded oligonucleotide adaptor (duplex) having an overhang cohesive portion that anneals with a blocking oligonucleotide which can be a separate single-stranded oligonucleotide. A blocking oligonucleotide, when annealed to an overhang portion, can prevent undesirable hybridization of the overhang portion to another nucleic acid, such as the overhang portion from another blocking oligonucleotide adaptor or a polynucleotide of interest.
