    Abstract: An electronic module includes a first die of semiconductor material including a first reflector, a second die of semiconductor material including a second reflector, and a frame including a first supporting portion and a second supporting portion parallel to one another. The first and second dies are carried, respectively, by the first and second supporting portions and are respectively arranged so that the first reflector faces the second supporting portion and the second reflector faces the first supporting portion. An incoming light beam impinges upon the first reflector and is reflected on the second reflector so as to be supplied at output from the electronic module.

    Abstract: In an embodiment a circuit includes drive circuitry configured to be coupled to a control terminal of an electronic switch and configured to apply a discharge signal to the control terminal causing the electronic switch to become conductive and provide an electrical discharge path for an energized element, a sensing node configured to be coupled to the control terminal and configured to sense a voltage at the control terminal and a feedback network coupled between the sensing node and the drive circuitry, wherein the feedback network includes a comparator circuit coupled to the sensing node and configured to compare the voltage at the control terminal and sensed at the sensing node with a reference threshold and to provide a comparison signal having a first value and a second value, respectively, in response to the voltage at the control terminal being higher or lower than the reference threshold, and wherein the drive circuitry is configured to produce the discharge signal as a function of the comparison signal.

    Abstract: A delta-sigma modulation circuit has a sampling period and, in operation, generates a delta-sigma modulated signal based on the analog input signal. The delta-sigma modulation circuit includes: a first integrator; an analog-to-digital converter; a feedback-loop coupled between an input of the first integrator and the output interface; a second integrator coupled between the first integrator and the analog-to-digital converter. The delta-sigma modulation circuit has loop-delay compensation circuitry having a plurality of switches. The loop delay compensation circuitry, in operation, controls the plurality of switches based on a time interval of a duration of half the sampling period and generates a loop-delay compensation signal.

    Abstract: A structural body made of semiconductor material includes an active area housing a drain region, a body region and a source region within the body region. An electrical-isolation trench extends in the structural body to surround the active area. A first PN-junction and a second PN-junction are integrated in the structural body between the active area and the trench, respectively located on opposite sides of the active area. The first and the second PN-junctions form a first diode and a second diode, with each diode having a respective cathode electrically coupled to the drain region of the MOSFET device and a respective anode electrically coupled to the source region of the MOSFET device.

    Abstract: A tag adapted to be applied to an object is disclosed. The tag includes a wireless communication interface, a processor and a memory. A univocal code, a cipher key and a count value are store in the memory. The tag generates a dynamic code as a function of the cipher key and the count value. Next, the tag varies the count value according to a determined operation, and stores the varied count value in the memory. The tag transmits the univocal code and the dynamic code to a reader device. The tag may transmit the univocal code and the dynamic code in a URL.

    Abstract: An exemplary package comprises a smart card having a first side and a second side, the first side comprising a first area having reproduced thereon first readable information and a second area having reproduced thereon second readable information. The first side having a laminar member applied so as to cover the first side, the laminar member comprising a light-impermeable material and a first light-permeable portion at the first side. The first readable information is visible through the first light-permeable portion and the second readable information is covered and made invisible by the light-impermeable material. A light-permeable film material is wrapped onto the smart card having the laminar member applied thereon.
