Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a buffer manager and a buffer management method based on an address pointer linked list. In the embodiments, address pointers of all buffer blocks in a buffer are divided into several groups, lower bits of address pointers in each group are used to record a linked list between the address pointers in the same group, and an address pointer which is pointed by one predetermined address pointer of each group and is in a different group is further recorded to upbuild a linked list between the groups. Thereby, an address linked list can still be stored without a RAM with a width equal to a pointer depth and with a depth equal to the total number of buffer blocks in the buffer as required by the conventional art, which greatly reduces hardware resources required.

A method and system for separating hypertext transfer protocol session. The method includes: detecting at the client a condition that a server is to be requested to instantiate same application during same hypertext transfer protocol session; obtaining from the server another hypertext transfer protocol session identifier corresponding to a service instance to be instantiated and setting the hypertext transfer protocol session identifier in the current session as a hypertext transfer protocol session identifier corresponding to a service instance that is to communicate with the server. The system includes: a session manager configured to detect a condition that a server will be requested to instantiate an application during a current HTTP session and a session agent configured to: (i) obtain from the server a second HTTP session identifier and (ii) set the second HTTP session identifier in the current session as a HTTP session identifier.
Abstract:
A method for scheduling communication traffic in an Advanced Telecom Computing Architecture based equipment and a corresponding apparatus are provided. In the method, communication traffic information of traffic processing means in the equipment is collected; based on the collected communication traffic information, a traffic distribution rule for the traffic processing means in next time period is generated; and based on the generated traffic distribution rule, incoming communication traffic of the equipment is scheduled. The method of the invention considers the quality of service and contracted capacity of the whole equipment and the dynamic processing capability and running environment of the traffic processing means, and can balance the loads of the respective traffic processing means in the equipment with asymmetric multi-application configuration well by adaptively adjusting the distribution of the communication traffic, to guarantee the quality of service of the whole equipment.

A testing system for testing an under test electronic device, includes an error capturing and latching unit, a storage unit, and a control terminal. The error capturing and latching unit detects and captures running error signals of the under test electronic device. The storage unit stores the running error signals. The control terminal is connected to the storage unit. The control terminal picks out the running error signals from the storage unit and analyzes these signals.
Abstract:
Word correlations are estimated using a content-based method, which uses visual features of image representations of the words. The image representations of the subject words may be generated by retrieving images from data sources (such as the Internet) using image search with the subject words as query words. One aspect of the techniques is based on calculating the visual distance or visual similarity between the sets of retrieved images corresponding to each query word. The other is based on calculating the visual consistence among the set of the retrieved images corresponding to a conjunctive query word. The combination of the content-based method and a text-based method may produce even better result.

The present invention discloses a vaccine preventing and/or treating autoimmune diseases. Its active component is: the mixture consisting of a protein antigen causing an autoimmune disease or the epitope polypeptides thereof, and the recombinant eukaryotic vector with the coding genes of an autoantigen or the epitope polypeptides thereof inserted into multiple cloning sites. The autoantigen is insulin, glutamic acid decarboxylase or heat shock protein, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein, two myelin antigens, zona pellucida 3, myoglobulin, type II collagen, thyroglobulin, cell membrane surface antigen, type II colloid antigen, acetylcholine receptor, thyrocyte cell surface antigen, salivary gland duct antigen, thyroglobulin, superantigen, or interphotoreceptor retinoid binding protein. The vaccine can inhibit the proliferation of T cells of immune animals and humans, induce the occurrence of immune suppression, as well as prevent and/or treat autoimmune diseases effectively.

The configurations of a resonant converter system and a controlling method thereof are provided. The proposed resonant converter system includes a resonant converter receiving an input voltage for outputting an output voltage, a rectifying device having a first rectifying switch and a synchronous rectification control circuit coupled to the resonant converter and including a signal generation apparatus generating a weighted turn-off signal to turn off the first rectifying switch at a zero crossing point of a first current flowing through the first rectifying switch.

A slider includes a substrate having a trailing edge, a leading edge opposite the trailing edge, and an air bearing surface connecting the trailing edge with the leading edge; a read/write transducer formed at the trailing edge; and a coat layer attached on the trailing edge and covering on the read/write transducer. The slider further includes a protection layer for shielding the read/write transducer thereby preventing the read/write transducer from damaging during a laser soldering process. The present invention can prevent the read/write transducer from damaging during the laser bonding process and, in turn improve the reading and writing performance of the slider. The invention also discloses an HGA and a disk drive unit.

A circuit for the rapid transmission of data is presented. The circuit includes a control unit, a data storage unit, and a data processing unit. The data processing unit includes an interrupt module, a processor chipset, an access controller, a first register and a second register. The interrupt module is connected to the control unit and receives an interrupt signal from the control unit. The access controller reads data from the data storage unit according to a beginning address and an ending address included in the interrupt signal and stores the retrieved data alternately in the first register and in the second register. The processor chipset retrieves and displays data from the second register when data is in the first register and retrieves and displays data from the first register when data is in the second register.

An identity management method, apparatus, and computer readable article of manufacture tangibly embodying computer readable instructions for executing the identity management method. The method includes: creating an association table to record a first session ID between the user and the first Web application, a second session ID between the user and the second Web application, and an association of the IDs; sending a session ID request containing the first session ID by the first Web application to a return module; receiving the session ID request and searching by the return module for the associated second session ID in the association table according to the first session ID; and returning the second session ID to the first Web application, thereby providing identity management for a user in a Web environment in which a first Web application accesses a second Web application on behalf of the user.
