An electrically driven entryway activation system for opening and closing two spaced swinging doors hung on spaced rotating parallel door posts comprises a base plate extending between the door posts. Levers attached to each door post rotate in a plane parallel to the base plate. A low profile actuation system spaced between the levers comprises a center post, a sector gear journaled on the center post for rotation parallel to the base plate, and a low profile gearmotor mounted between the base plate and the sector gear. A low profile emergency manual mechanism is provided for unclutching the output pinion gear of the gearmotor.

A drive system for driving and for guiding a wall element, in particular for a room partitioning wall system, with a carriage unit, which is guided to be longitudinally movable in a guiding rail. The carriage unit has a roller carriage disposed within the guiding rail, and a drive unit disposed below the guiding rail. A guiding device is provided in the transition area between the roller carriage and the drive unit that cooperates with the guiding rail for guiding the carriage unit.

A door operator for selectively opening and closing a side hinge door. The door operator may include a motor with a drive shaft, an operator arm assembly, a door position sensor, and a controller. The operator arm assembly may include an output shaft operatively coupled to the drive shaft, an operator arm, and a clutch assembly mounted to the output shaft. The door position sensor, which may be electro-magnetic, signals the controller when the door is not closed. If the door has been manually pushed open, the controller signals the motor to rotate the drive shaft in the closing direction. In automatic mode, the output shaft and the operator arm are operatively engaged, but manual force to open the door overcomes static friction between the operator arm and friction discs in the clutch assembly, operatively disengaging the operator arm and output shaft until the manual force is removed.

A drive unit for a door includes a guiding device comprising guide rail and a guide element extending in a movement direction of the door. A drive device arranged inside a carriage moves back and forth along the guide rail and is engaged in the guide element. The drive unit is supplied with power via the guide rail and the guide element. Electrical plug connectors are provided on an external power source for the electrical connection of the guide element and the guide rail.

An electric motor driven barrier operator includes spaced apart frame plates for supporting the motor, an intermediate drive shaft and an operator final output shaft. The motor output shaft, intermediate shaft and final output shaft are mounted on bearings at fixed centers on the frame plates and the motor and intermediate shaft are interconnected by a stretchable flexible drive belt reeved over respective drive pulleys mounted on the motor output shaft and the intermediate shaft. The drive belt may be mounted on the pulleys and replaced without adjusting the position of the motor output shaft, the intermediate shaft or the operator output shaft.

An emergency window opening system includes a vehicle, a vehicle door attached to the vehicle and a window mounted in the vehicle door. A primary window motor is mechanically coupled to a lift gear mechanically coupled to the window to allow selective raising or lowering of the window. A housing is mounted within the vehicle door. A secondary motor is mounted within the housing. A drive shaft of the secondary motor is mechanically coupled to the lift gear. The secondary motor lowers the window when turned on. An actuator is mounted on the vehicle door and is electrically coupled by a wire to the secondary motor. The secondary motor is turned on when the actuator is actuated. A power supply line extends between and directly electrically couples a battery to the secondary motor. The power supply line extends into the housing.

A single channel window lift assembly for a vehicle is provided, the window lift assembly having: a door bracket; a single guide rail rotationally mounted to the door bracket for rotational movement in a predetermined range; and a cable assembly secured to the single guide rail wherein at least one cable of the cable assembly is not received within a conduit and the at least one cable is secured to as least one pulley rotationally mounted to the single guide rail and the at least one cable remains on the at least one pulley as the single guide rail rotates within the predetermined range.

A suspension for at least one panel, which is movable along a travel path, has a guiding profile configured to longitudinally extend along the travel path and to have sidewall sections. The sidewall sections are configured to extend in a direction of the longitudinal extension of the guiding profile and parallel to a vertical extension of the movable panel. In addition, at an end facing away from the movable panel, the sidewall sections are connected to each other by means of a horizontal wall section. At an end facing the guiding profile, the at least one movable panel is received in a guided and supported manner in the guiding profile. A driver member of a linear drive system is operatively connected to the movable panel.
