摘要: An internally powered sliding panel has a power source and drive train contained internally within the stiles and rails of a frame. A driven wheel is rotatably mounted on the frame and connected to the power source via the drive train. The panel may further include a lift system including a second power source, a lift mechanism, and a lift drive which are contained internally within the stiles and rails of the frame. The power sources, drive train, lift mechanism, and lift drive may be contained completely inside the stiles and rails of the frame. The movement of the panel along a fixed path, and the raising and lowering of the panel, may be regulated by a control system. The control system includes a microcontroller and sensor used to determine the position of the panel.

摘要: A vehicle assembly comprises a motorized door movable between an open position and a closed position and a pressure-activated sensor assembly. The sensor assembly includes a switch component, a flexible component and an engagement component. The switch component actuates upon pressure contact with an associated obstructing object. The flexible component substantially surrounds the switch component. The engagement component is connected with the door and extends from the flexible component towards the door. An exterior garnish member is connected to the door and laterally offset from the flexible component. The garnish member is configured to at least partially inhibit contact of the flexible component by an occupant during occupant ingress and egress of the vehicle.

摘要: Provided is a door opening and closing system capable of returning to a return state where a catch and a retractable arm are engaged with each other even if the retractable arm is closed completely as a result of incorrect usage such as a prank. A catch has a catch base which is mounted on either one of the door and a frame and a catch shaft which is installed in the catch base slidable in an axial direction and engaged with a retractable arm. At a tip end of the catch shaft, a small-diameter part is provided as a step part. The step part of the catch shaft and the retractable arm are engaged with each other in a state where the retractable arm is further rotated in the closing direction after a main body part of the catch shaft and the retractable arm are engaged with each other.

摘要: A magnetic-push slide cover driving device includes a slide seat having at least one slide guide section, a base seat connected on the slide guide section and reciprocally slidable along the slide guide section, at least one middle magnetic body disposed at a middle section of the base seat, and two movable members respectively pivotally disposed at middle sections of two sides of the slide seat. The movable members respectively have two opposite sides. The middle magnetic body is slidable between the opposite sides along with the base seat. Multiple magnetic bodies are arranged on each of the opposite sides. The magnetic bodies on the same side are such arranged that the poles of the same polarity are directed in the same direction. Accordingly, at a later stage of opening process of a slide cover, the magnetic-push slide cover driving device provides a push aid force for the slide cover.

摘要: An opening and closing apparatus having an opening and closing body, a drive portion, a control portion, and a detecting device is disclosed. The detecting device has a sensor portion for detecting the capacitance between the sensor portion and an object that is in the proximity of the sensor portion or is contacting the sensor portion. The detecting device detects that the object is in the proximity of the sensor portion or is contacting the sensor portion based on the capacitance detected by the sensor portion. If the detecting device detects contact of the object with the sensor portion when the opening and closing body is not being moved, the control portion controls the drive portion to start opening the opening and closing body. If the detecting device detects that the object is in the proximity of the sensor portion when the opening and closing body is being closed, the control portion controls the drive portion to stop or reverse the movement of the opening and closing body.

A pair of supporting rollers support the carriage on the guide track when the carriage is not fully suspended by the magnetic forces, particularly at the beginning and end of movement of the carriage.

摘要: A brake member for a slide gate mechanism which includes a slanted drive mechanism engaging face adapted to engage at least one drive wheel of the drive mechanism for the slide gate so as to gradually brake the gate.The preferably a pair of opposed drive wheels are adapted to frictionally engage a drive rail on a gate so as to provide a slide gate mechanism. The pair of opposed wheels are spring biased toward the railing to ensure adequate frictional engagement with the rail. Limit switches are disposed to deactivate operation of the drive mechanism and a pair of brake members are disposed so as to positive a slanted drive mechanism engaging face toward the drive wheels of the drive mechanism such that when utilized the brake member operates to gradually brake the gate as the slanted drive mechanism engaging face engages at least one of the drive wheels. Further, the present invention includes a method for controlling the movement of the gate member by providing a switch engaging member on the gate which is adapted to deactivate the operation of the drive mechanism for the gate and further positioning the brake member at a point on the gate after the point at which the gate will normally stop movement. In this manner the brake member operates in emergency situations where the gate does not stop prior to the brake member.

摘要: A power door operator for transit vehicles utilizing a rodless pneumatic cylinder as a prime mover in opening and closing doors in the sidewall of a transit vehicles. Door movement having a controlled, predetermined door edge force is achieved through mechanical coupling an external piston of the rodless cylinder and vehicle doors through an endless toothed belt. Magnetic coupling between internal and external pistons of the cylinder provide controlled force having a maximum or breakaway value applied to the operated door. A novel reaction lock operated by admission of pressurized air to the cylinder latches or unlatches the operated door in its closed position subsequent or prior to door closing or opening. Control of door motion at the ends of its travel is achieved through the use of a novel differential area internal piston in the pneumatic cylinder. Available internal piston force is modified for predetermined piston positions on approaching either end of the cylinder through the use of a sliding rod contained by the pressure sensitive internal position. Movement of the sliding rod adjust the effective piston area so as to modify available force to controlling door motion.
