Abstract: The present invention provides a method for notifying Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe configuration, which comprises the following steps: a first node sends its MBSFN subframe configuration, via an X2 interface, to a second node with which the first node is connected; the first node receives the MBSFN subframe configuration of the second node as a feedback. According to the invention, a serving cell can obtain the MBSFN subframe configurations of the neighboring cells and/or RNs, so that rational utilization of resources is achieved according to the configurations. Therefore, interference between cells is reduced, and system capacity and efficiency are improved.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for compensation and restoring of a coverage area, for realizing energy saving and compensation between nodes. The coverage compensation method includes: judging whether or not the trigger condition for starting an energy saving and compensation process is satisfied according to a preset energy saving and compensation strategy; when the trigger condition for starting the energy saving and compensation process is satisfied, one of a first node and a second node carries out an energy saving operation in the energy saving and compensation process while the other node carries out a compensation operation in the energy saving and compensation process; wherein the first node is a compensation node and the second node is an energy saving node, or the first node is an energy saving node and the second node is a compensation node. Further disclosed is a device for implementing the method.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to novel personalized therapies and methods for treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Specifically, this disclosure relates to methods of treating a patient having AS by selectively administering an IL-17 antagonist, e.g., an IL-17 antibody, such as secukinumab, to the AS patient on the basis of that patient being predisposed to have a favorable response to treatment with the IL-17 antagonist. Also disclosed herein are diagnostic methods and transmittable forms of information useful in predicting the likelihood that a patient having AS will respond to treatment with an IL-17 antagonist, e.g., an IL-17 antibody, such as secukinumab.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for determining the configuration mode of special subframe of a cell are provided, and the method includes: receiving notification messages sent from adjacent cells, and the notification messages containing the information indicating the configuration modes of special subframes of the adjacent cells; determining the configuration modes of special subframes of the adjacent cells in accordance with the notification messages; among the possible configuration modes of special subframes of the current cell, selecting preferably a configuration mode of special subframe, which meets the interference requirement of the current cell and has less interference with the adjacent cells, as the current configuration mode of special subframe. The embodiments of the present invention also provide a method and an apparatus for determining the usage mode of the time-domain resource of a cell.

Abstract: A large number of passes of pump light through an active mirror in a solid state disk laser is realized using a pair of coupled imaging systems, where the optical axes of imaging systems are not coincident. Two imaging systems are optically coupled, so that an image of the first imaging system is an object of the second imaging system, and vice versa. An active mirror is disposed at the object or image plane, or at the focal plane of any one of the coupled imaging systems, where the position of the reflected pump beam during the multi-reflection between the first and second imaging systems is substantially unchanged.
