Abstract:
A valve unit includes a housing which has a partition wall in which an opening portion is formed, a float valve which is disposed within a valve chamber R1 thereof, and a check valve which is disposed within a valve chamber R2. A valve seat is provided on a lower surface side of the partition wall, and plural radially-extending thin ribs are formed therearound. Plural axially-extending check valve guide ribs are provided at predetermined circumferential intervals with in the vent chamber R2, and plural axially-extending float valve guide ribs are provided at predetermined circumferential intervals within the valve chamber R1. The thin ribs and the check valve guide ribs are formed circumferentially alternately so as not to be superposed on each other when viewed from an axial direction of the housing.
Abstract:
A cap attaching structure includes a cylindrical member and a cap member. The cylindrical member has an end plate, a side wall to be inserted into the cylindrical member, and an engagement claw piece in which a proximal end portion is connected to an inserting side end portion of the side wall, while a distal end portion extends towards the end plate via a slit. On an outer circumference of the engagement claw piece, a claw portion adapted to be brought into engagement with an engagement hole of the cylindrical member is provided. The distal end portion of the engagement claw piece is disposed in a cutout portion in the end plate.
Abstract:
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a filter including: a belt shaped frame formed of a resin, an opening being provided inside the frame; a pair of link portions formed on the frame at both distal ends thereof to be engagable with each other; and a filtering member provided in the opening, wherein the frame is formed to have a flat plate shape or a curved shape that has a center angle equal to or less than 180 degrees in a state where the pair of link portions are not engaged, and wherein a plurality of grooves are formed on at least one surface of the frame at intervals along the longitudinal direction.
Abstract:
A pressing device is provided with a pin member, a coil-like spring member, and a spring receiving member which has a through-hole for allowing the pin member to be inserted therein and which supports one end of the spring member. The pin member has: a shaft section which has the spring member disposed on the outer peripheral side thereof; a head section which is interconnected with one end of the shaft section and which can come into contact with the contact surface of the opening/closing body; a spring support section which supports the other end of the spring member; and an engagement claw which engages with the outer surface of the mounting portion and which prevents the pressing device from being dislocated from the mounting portion.
Abstract:
A clip includes a cylindrical body having insertion space into which one of different diameters of rod members is insertable, a pair of locking claws formed to face each other in a first direction and configured to lock the rod member inserted into the insertion space, and an inner wall configured to be deformable in a second direction which is substantially at right angles to the first direction. The inner wall deforms in the second direction upon receiving a rod member having a largest diameter among all of the attaching target rod members.
Abstract:
A lock apparatus includes a housing, a rotor having a bearing portion, rods, a return spring, and a knob having a holding portion and a presser element. The presser element is formed so as to overlap the bearing portion with a predetermined overlap width. When the rods are kept engaged with the engagement portions, a rotating center of the knob is positioned closer to the holding portion than a contact point between the bearing portion and the presser element.
Abstract:
A damper apparatus includes a piston having a flange-shaped piston main body and piston rods which project from both ends of the piston main body, a cylinder having a cylinder main body which accommodates the piston main body slidably and cylindrical portions which support slidably the piston rods, respectively, a fastener which is attached to the one cylindrical portion so as to secure the cylinder to an opening/closing member, and a coil spring which biases the one piston rod to project from the other cylindrical portion such that a distal end portion of the piston rod abuts a circumferential edge of an opening portion of a vehicle.
Abstract:
According to an aspect of the present invention, a hinge device includes: a shaft part having a protruding part; and a bearing part having an insert hole into which the protruding part is inserted. A first plane part is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the protruding part so as to extend in an axial direction thereof. A second plane part is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the insert hole so as to extend in an axial direction thereof. A diameter of a circumscribed circle defined on an sectional outer periphery of the protruding part in the axial direction thereof is larger than a diameter of an inscribed circle defined on a sectional inner periphery of the insert hole in the axial direction thereof. And, at least one of the protruding part and the insert hole has an elasticity.
Abstract:
Provided is a fuel cut-off valve capable of preventing liquid fuel from flowing into a valve inside from an evaporation line side, and inhibiting the liquid fuel from flowing into a canister side. The fuel cut-off valve includes: a housing main body including a lower space and an upper space partitioned through a partition wall; a float valve coming into contact with/moving away from a first opening; a lid sealing the upper space; an evaporation line connection pipe communicated to the upper space; a canister connection pipe similarly communicated to the upper space; and a second opening formed in a portion coupled to the evaporation line connection pipe and a third opening formed in a portion coupled to the canister connection pipe, which are surrounded by walls formed in the housing main body and/or the lid, and communicated to each other only through the upper space beyond the walls.
