In addition, the control valve includes a spool guide disposed inside the valve housing and a flow guide belt disposed around the spool guide. The flow guide belt is disposed inside the valve housing. The control valve further includes a spool movably disposed in the spool guide. The spool can move relative to the valve housing along the longitudinal axis between a first spool position and a second spool position. The first outlet port is in fluid communication with the inlet port when spool is disposed in the first spool position.

The invention also relates to a hydraulic valve for a rotation phaser of a cam shaft.

摘要: In a valve timing adjusting device, a vane rotor includes a second supply oil passage connectable to a first supply oil passage of a second shaft. A check valve is provided between the vane rotor and the second shaft, and permits a flow from the first supply oil passage toward the second supply oil passage and prevents a flow from the second supply oil passage toward the first supply oil passage. A fixing unit is provided between the check valve and the second shaft, and fixes the check valve between the fixing unit and the vane rotor. The fixing unit includes a third supply oil passage which connects the first supply oil passage and the second supply oil passage. A filter is provided for the fixing unit and can capture foreign substances flowing through the third supply oil passage.

Phaser positioning control is improved by reducing inaccuracies resulting from inadvertent spool valve and/or phaser movement when the spool valve is commanded between regions. 摘要: In a valve timing adjusting device, a vane rotor includes a second supply oil passage connectable to a first supply oil passage of a second shaft. A check valve is provided between the vane rotor and the second shaft, and permits a flow from the first supply oil passage toward the second supply oil passage and prevents a flow from the second supply oil passage toward the first supply oil passage.
