Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sensor used together with a detector to measure biomaterial, and to an apparatus using same. A sensor of the present invention comprises: a body portion with a three-dimensional shape, having a biomaterial introduction hole, and attachable and detachable to/from a detector; a sensor portion with a plurality of reaction electrodes formed on one surface thereof, and a plurality of transfer electrodes formed on the other surface thereof; and an analyzer reagent fixed above the reaction electrodes. The sensor portion, together with the body portion, forms a reaction chamber connected to the biomaterial introduction hole, and is attached to the body portion such that the reaction electrodes are oriented toward the reaction chamber. According to the present invention, attachment and detachment is easy, even for the elderly, and the contamination of the sensor can be minimized.

A printed circuit board (PCB) capable of decreasing wireless wide area network (WWAN) noise generated due to internal signal interference occurring in the PCB is disclosed. The PCB printed circuit board includes a first layer, a second layer, and at least one insulating layer formed between the first and second layers. The PCB board further includes a first signal line group disposed on the first layer while including a plurality of first signal lines each supplying a first signal, isolation patterns disposed on the first layer such that the isolation patterns are arranged between adjacent ones of the first signal lines, respectively, to prevent the adjacent first signal lines from interfering with each other, and a second signal line group disposed on the second layer while including a plurality of second signal lines each supplying a second signal different from the first signal. The second signal line group corresponds to the isolation patterns.

A reinforced upper frame for supporting a cabin of heavy construction equipment using a welding deformation preventing structure and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed, in which even if a side frame is welded to a machined center frame, there is no thermal deformation around the machined portion. The reinforced upper frame includes a center frame having a lower plate machined to accommodate a swing ring gear, a lateral plate machined to accommodate an operation device, and a welding deformation preventing structure fixed to one side of the lower plate and lateral plate prior to welding, in which a part of the cabin is mounted on the welding deformation preventing structure, and left and right frames each having a side channel disposed in a longitudinal direction of the center frame and a side frame welded to the structure for connecting the side channel and the center frame.
Abstract:
A system and method for providing steering control for lane changing and lane centering purposes in an autonomous or semi-autonomous vehicle system. A vehicle vision system calculates roadway lane marking information, such as lateral offset, yaw angle and roadway curvature with respect to the vehicle's centered coordinate system. The roadway is then modeled as a second order polynomial equation. The method then predicts roadway lateral position and yaw angle over a pre-defined lane change completion time using a vehicle dynamic model. The method then compares a predicted vehicle path with a desired vehicle path to generate an error value, and calculates a steering angle command to minimize the error value, where the steering angle command is calculated as a function of vehicle lateral position, vehicle lateral speed, vehicle yaw rate and vehicle yaw angle. The steering angle command is then sent to the vehicle steering system.
Abstract:
A system and method for determining whether a vehicle driver is holding a steering wheel of the vehicle while the vehicle is in an autonomous driving mode. The vehicle will include an electric power steering (EPS) system and may include an active front steering (AFS) system, both of which include a motor that can apply a high frequency and low amplitude perturbation signal to the steering wheel of the vehicle that is not felt by the vehicle driver and does not cause the vehicle to turn, but is able to be detected by a steering angle sensor. The method subtracts a steering angle command signal from the steering angle signal and removes road disturbances, and then determines whether the induced perturbation signal is present in the steering angle sensor signal. If the perturbation signal is present, then the system knows that the vehicle driver is not holding the steering wheel.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of preparing a highly transparent polypropylene comprising a step of prepolymerizing an α-olefin and a vinyl cyclic saturated hydrocarbon in the presence of a Zegler-Natta catalyst and an external electron donor, wherein a step of adding and prepolymerizing the α-olefin is followed by a step of adding and prepolymerizing the vinyl cyclic saturated hydrocarbon. The method provides polypropylene having superior tacticity and transparency with not decreasing the activity of the polymerization catalyst at the polymerization of propylene.
Abstract:
According to some embodiments of the invention, a method of forming a transistor includes forming a device isolation layer in a semiconductor substrate. The device isolation layer is formed to define at least one active region. A channel region is formed in a predetermined portion of the active region of the semiconductor substrate. Two channel portion holes are formed to extend downward from a main surface of the semiconductor substrate to be in contact with the channel region. Gate patterns fill the channel portion holes and cross the active region. The resulting transistor is capable of ensuring a constant threshold voltage without being affected by an alignment state of the channel portion hole and the gate pattern.
