Abstract:
A method for testing a data transfer rate of an electronic device includes: receiving data transmitted from the electronic device and converting the data into test data; analyzing the test data; encoding the analyzed data to generate output data; and displaying a state of the data transfer rate based on the output data.

Abstract:
A user equipment (UE) power-cycles UE transmission modem components to reduce overall UE power consumption. For example, multiple HARQ ACK/NACK feedback bits are aggregated for a predetermined number of consecutive DL subframes, and then the feedback is transmitted in a single dedicated UL subframe so that a transmitter and power amplifier may be temporarily turned off (State 3) to reduce power consumption in the UE.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a twin-frame bicycle, particularly to one that can be pedaled by two riders in side-by-side coordination so that the riders and the twin-frame bicycle will incline integrally without tumbling or overturning. At least one articulation mechanism is disposed between a primary bicycle body and an auxiliary bicycle body, wherein the articulation mechanism serves in synergy an articulation parallelogram, and a resilient tension mechanism having an elastic element is disposed between the primary bicycle body and the auxiliary bicycle body and counteracts the deformation of the articulation mechanism to maintain equilibrium.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a dual riding and driving tricycle in juxtaposing link, particularly for one that can be pedaled by two drivers in side-by-side coordination manner so that the drivers and tricycle will incline integrally without tumbling or overturning possibility; The main feature is that at least one articulation mechanism and a resilient tension mechanism are disposed between the primary bicycle body and auxiliary cycle body, wherein, said articulation mechanism serves in synergy an articulation parallelogram while said resilient tension mechanism counteract the deformation of the articulation mechanism to resume the stable equilibrium so that the integral of the primary bicycle body and auxiliary cycle body can automatically maintain harmonic coordination and stability when driving over bumpy road or corner turn.

Abstract:
A method for recognizing the position of a wireless controller is applied to an interactive gaming device including a wireless controller, a main apparatus and a host. The main apparatus includes a first ultrasonic receiving module, a second ultrasonic receiving module and a third ultrasonic module which are arranged as a triangle shape. The wireless controller includes an ultrasonic transmitting module for sending an ultrasonic wave which is received by the ultrasonic receiving modules in order to obtain three ultrasonic wave transmission times. The main apparatus sends the ultrasonic wave transmission times to the host. The host calculates the ultrasonic wave transmission times and therefore recognizes the position of the wireless controller. When the wireless controller is moved, the host obtains plurality of coordinate values indicating the motion track of the wireless controller. The motion track of the wireless controller is shown in a display by monitoring the coordinate values.

A multifunctional mobile communication device includes a main body (10) provided with a screen (102), at least one keypad, a main board (12), a TV button (221), a screen button (223), one ore more ports (241) and an antenna. The main board is electronically connected with a display module (14), an operating module (16), and an audio input/output module (18), a power module (20), a switching module (22) and TV module (24). The screen is controlled by the display module. The keypad is electronically connected with the operating module. The TV button and the screen button both are electronically connected with the switching module and the TV module. The antenna and the one or more ports both are connected with the TV module.
Abstract:
An apparatus for scaling an image composed of pixels by a scale factor is described. The apparatus includes a local image analyzer for identifying from among said pixels a target pixel and a set of pixels proximate to said target pixel and determining a type for the target pixel. The apparatus includes a linear interpolation function that is parameterized by a horizontal linear interpolation coefficient and a vertical linear interpolation coefficient. The apparatus includes an interpolation coefficient generator for defining the horizontal and vertical linear interpolation coefficients. The apparatus includes an image scaler for scaling said image in a neighborhood of the target pixel by the scale factor using the linear interpolation function with the horizontal linear interpolation coefficient and the vertical linear interpolation coefficient. A method of scaling a source image. The source image comprised of a first plurality of pixels, by a scale factor said method for scaling comprising the acts of: determining a first type of a target pixel, said target pixel in said plurality of pixels; selecting a first interpolation function for said target pixel from said first type of said target pixel; and scaling said source image using said first interpolation function for scaling said target pixel.
