摘要: A wireless device monitors a downlink control channel of a transmission reception point (TRP) on an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell, where the TRP is in an active state. First channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted. The TRP transitions from the active state into a dormant state in response to a first time period of inactivity on the TRP. The monitoring is stopped. Second channel state information reports of the TRP for the active BWP are transmitted when the TRP is in the dormant state.

摘要: A wireless device transmits a first scheduling request (SR) based on a buffer status reporting procedure. A second SR is triggered in response to initiating a beam failure recovery. The second SR is transmitted via an uplink control channel resource configured for the second SR. A first downlink control information is received via a downlink control channel, as a response to the second SR. Based on receiving the first downlink control information: the first SR is keep pending, and the second SR is cancelled for the beam failure recovery.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising: first configuration parameters of a plurality of cells comprising a primary cell and a secondary cell; and bandwidth part configuration parameters comprising a value for a bandwidth part inactivity timer. A downlink control information is received on an active bandwidth part of the primary cell. The downlink control information indicates a resource assignment. In response to the receiving the downlink control information, a determination is made that no random access procedure is ongoing on the secondary cell. The bandwidth part inactivity timer of the active bandwidth part of the primary cell is started in response to the determining. In response to an expiry of the bandwidth part inactivity timer, a switch is made from the active bandwidth part to a default bandwidth part.

A medium access control control element indicating activation of the secondary cell is received. In response to the medium access control control element, a layer 1 reference signal received power report for the layer 1 reference signal received power reporting for the secondary cell is transmitted. The layer 1 reference signal received power report comprises: first fields indicating at least one reference signal of the plurality of reference signals; and second fields indicating at least a layer 1 reference signal received power value of the at least one reference signals.

The beam failure recovery procedure may be initiated in response to detecting a beam failure of the cell. The beam failure of the cell may be detected based on the reference signal(s) of the cell. A preamble of the one or more preambles may be transmitted for the beam failure recovery procedure. The beam failure recovery procedure may be aborted in response to an expiry of the time alignment timer during the beam failure recovery procedure.

摘要: A wireless device receives a DCI from a base station. The DCI comprises a power control command of an uplink shared channel, a CSI request field, a hybrid automatic repeat request process number, and a redundancy version. Validation of the DCI for an activation of a semi-persistent CSI reporting is performed based on: a radio network temporary identifier of the semi-persistent CSI reporting, the hybrid automatic repeat request process number being set to a first value, and the redundancy version being set to a second value. The semi-persistent CSI reporting indicated by the CSI request field is activated in response to the validation being achieved. A semi-persistent CSI report is transmitted, based on the activated semi-persistent CSI reporting, via the uplink shared channel with a transmission power determined based on the power control command.

A random access process may be started in response to a valid scheduling request resource for the logical channel not being available on the first bandwidth part. A downlink control information may be received. The downlink control information may indicate switching from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part. In response to the scheduling request resources being available on the second bandwidth part: the random access process may be cancelled, and a scheduling request signal may be transmitted via the scheduling request resources.

In response to the first DCI, the BWP inactivity timer may be started at a second slot based on the timer value. The second slot may occur after the first slot by an amount of time determined based on a time offset value. A default BWP may be switched to in response to an expiry of the BWP inactivity timer.

The one or more uplink transport blocks may be transmitted via remaining resources of the first plurality of resources after the puncturing.
