    摘要： The invention provides, in one aspect, a method of making a cocoa-containing food product or ingredient and preserving the levels of a particular polyphenol compound, a collection of polyphenol compounds, and/or total polyphenols present. Certain commonly used baking methods for chocolate cakes and food products use leavening agents that create an alkaline condition that effectively degrades cocoa polyphenols. By monitoring the pH or by adjusting certain alkaline agents or leavening agents used, baked products can be prepared that preserve about 75% or more of the initial cocoa polyphenols present. Food products, cocoa-containing food products, baking mixes and kits, and baked food products produced from the methods are also disclosed.

    摘要： A system, method and apparatus for preparing mailpieces. An inserter system for assembling mailpieces is controlled in accordance with mailpiece records in a mailing control file. The inserter system scans control documents included in the mailpieces to identify corresponding mailpiece records. The records include information identifying a selected method of evidencing payment of postage for particular mailpieces. The system can include a plurality of envelope feeders at least some of which are loaded with envelopes pre-marked with evidence of payment, and can also include a plurality of mechanisms for franking mailpieces prepared with blank envelopes. A data processing system for generating document sets which include control documents is also disclosed.

    摘要： A vehicle and method for controlling an engine in a vehicle are provided. A temperature of a lubricating fluid in the engine is determined, as are first and second engine speed limits. Operation of the engine at the first engine speed limit is limited to a predetermined time period when the lubricating fluid temperature is between first and second predetermined temperatures. The engine speed is at least temporarily limited to the second engine speed limit after the engine has been operated at the first engine speed limit for the predetermined time period and the lubricating fluid temperature is between the first and second predetermined temperatures.
