The display substrate includes a first display region and a second display region within the first display region, wherein the first display region includes a plurality of emitting units, and the second display region includes a plurality of electrophoretic units, the plurality of emitting units are configured to realize display, and the plurality of electrophoretic units are configured to realize switch between a display state and a transparent state.

An array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and the array substrate includes a plurality of pixel units. In each of the plurality of pixel units, the array substrate includes a thin film transistor and a storage capacitor disposed above the base substrate, the storage capacitor includes a metal layer, an intermediate layer, and a reflective layer disposed in a stacked manner, the metal layer being adjacent to the base substrate. The array substrate further includes a common electrode layer disposed on a side of the storage capacitor facing away from the base substrate, the reflective layer is electrically connected to the common electrode layer, and the metal layer is electrically connected to an active layer of the thin film transistor.

The array substrate includes: a substrate; a gate metal layer arranged on the substrate, the gate metal layer including a gate line and a patterned auxiliary metal; a source and drain metal layer, the source and drain metal layer including source signal lines and touch signal lines, and the source and drain metal layer being separated from the gate metal layer by an insulating layer; a planarization layer arranged on the source and drain metal layer; and a common electrode arranged on the planarization layer. The patterned auxiliary metal is electrically connected to the touch signal lines through first holes penetrating the insulating layer, and is electrically connected to the common electrode through second holes penetrating the insulating layer and third holes penetrating the planarization layer.

A touch structure, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The touch structure includes touch electrodes and touch electrode lines including a first touch electrode line and a second touch electrode line connected with different touch electrodes. The first touch electrode line includes a first wire and a second wire which are mutually connected. The first wire is connected with the touch electrode, which is connected with the first touch electrode line, via a first through hole running through the insulation layer. The second wire is connected with the touch electrode, which is connected with the first touch electrode line, via a second through hole running through the insulation layer. At least a part of the second touch electrode line is between the second through hole and the first through hole in an arrangement direction of the touch electrode lines.

The present invention discloses an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device, the array substrate includes a pixel electrode and a thin film transistor, the pixel electrode includes a first sub-electrode, a first connection part formed integrally with the first sub-electrode, a second sub-electrode, and a second connection part formed integrally with the second sub-electrode, the first sub-electrode and the second sub-electrode are insulated from each other and are disposed in different layers, and both the first connection part and the second connection part are connected to a drain of the thin film transistor. With the present invention, the pixel electrode of the discrete pattern structure can be manufactured to have a narrow gap smaller than the resolution of the exposure machine, to solve the problem that the single-layered pixel electrode of the discrete pattern structure cannot be resolved by the existing exposure machine.

There is provided a method for manufacturing a display panel, comprising: forming a first metal layer on a substrate; forming a second metal layer on the first metal layer; oxidizing a portion of the second metal layer to form an oxide extending to a surface of the first metal layer; removing the oxide to expose the surface of the first metal layer; and forming a conductive layer on the exposed surface of the first metal layer.

The mask comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed oppositely; a liquid crystal layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate; a transparent conductive layer formed on the first substrate, the transparent conductive layer and the liquid crystal layer being located on a same side of the first substrate; and a mask pattern made of a non-transparent conductive material formed on the second substrate, wherein the mask pattern and the transparent electrode are configured to be capable of generating an electric field therebetween, so as to drive liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer to deflect.
