摘要: The invention provides an automatic constant pressure device for a hub tire system. The device comprises a valve nozzle, air pipes, valves, a pneumatic slip ring, a hub, a pressure relief valve, a tire, a main shaft, an air storage tank, a vehicle-mounted air source and the like. Two valve holes are machined in the hub of the device. The valve nozzle with a tire pressure sensor is installed at one valve hole, and the pressure relief valve is installed at the other valve hole. The tire pressure is detected by the tire pressure sensor. The valve is controlled to inflate through the valve nozzle, and the pressure relief valve is controlled to relieve the pressure. The device has the characteristics of scientific detection principle, simple and reasonable structure and the like.

摘要: A process for manufacturing an aluminum alloy wheel includes: casting, de-flashing, soaking, spinning, thermal treatment, de-gating, X-ray and machining. During the casting, a casting mold is cooled with water, and a cast blank is produced from carrying out the casting. The de-flashing includes removing flashes of the cast blank at a rim of the cast blank with a de-flashing device. The soaking includes reheating on the cast blank that has been de-flashed. The spinning includes an adaptive spinning mold. The thermal treatment includes direct solution treatment and aging on the cast blank in a thermal treatment furnace after spinning.

摘要: Disclosed is a continuous casting and continuous forging forming process for an aluminum wheel. The process combines the advantage of low-pressure filling stability of molten aluminum alloy, and utilizes the strengthening effect of extrusion deformation forging of a side mold locking ring and a pressure module to improve the mechanical properties of an aluminum wheel material to close to the forging level. A mold cavity is sealed by means of the side mold locking ring and a center mold locking taper, and the extrusion forging pressure acts on the surface of the aluminum alloy in the closed mold cavity, so that the requirement of equipment for mold closing tonnage is lowered, and the cost of the equipment is far lower than that of forging equipment and equivalent to that of casting equipment.

摘要: The invention provides a split-type mold for wheel casting, the mold having an upper die, a split-type water-cooling side die and a lower die, and the split-type water-cooling side die is divided into four pieces along a circumferential direction of the wheel mold. A thermal deformation arc compensation surface is machined on ¼ arc portion of each split-type water-cooling lower side die, and a compensation surface is machined on key portions of 45-degree matching surfaces of adjacent split-type water-cooling upper side dies. The side die can effectively solve the problems such as untight matching between the matching surfaces, flashes of the matching surfaces and aluminum sticking and the like due to the thermal deformation and non-homogeneous expansion and shrinkage of the two portions of the split-type water-cooling side die.

摘要: The present invention provides an integrated mould for casting of wheels. The integrated mould has an upper mould, integrated side moulds and a lower mould, wherein the number of the integrated side moulds is four in the circumferential direction of the wheel mould. Thermal deformation circular arc compensation surfaces are formed by processing on an upper and lower one-fourth circular arc part of each integrated side mould, and compensation surfaces are formed by processing on key parts of 45-degree matching surfaces of the adjacent integrated side moulds. The integrated side moulds can effectively solve the problems such as imprecise matching of the matching surfaces, parting-line flashes of the matching surfaces and adhesion of aluminum caused by thermal deformation of the integrated side moulds.
