摘要: The invention includes a driving pulley mounted to a carriage driving motor fixed to a chassis frame of a facsimile apparatus, a following pulley mounted to a bracket that is movably mounted along a guide groove provided in a chassis frame, and a timing belt rotated around the driving pulley and the following pulley. The top end of a guide shaft protruded from a base block of the bracket, is movably supported by a support portion uniformly protruded from the chassis frame. A compression spring provided to the guide shaft is arranged between the support portion and the bracket, and presses the bracket to apply tension to the timing belt. The bracket is restricted so as not to approach the driving pulley using a stopper fixed to the chassis frame. Therefore, the tension of the timing belt for reciprocatingly moving the carriage mounting the print head, is not loosened.

摘要: When a clamp lever 40 is pivoted in a direction of arrow F1, and a hook 41c of a hook lever 41b is engaged in an engagement hole 35a, then a switch lever provided at a front end of the clamp lever 40 pivots in a counterclockwise direction and a lower surface of a front end 42b of the switch lever presses down a button 61a of a detection switch 61. Also the upper surface of the 50a of the ink cartridge 50 is pressed by the plate spring 44 provided to the under surface of the clamp lever 40 so that the ink cartridge 50 is mounted in the accommodation portion 33 without rattling around. The CPU detects the ON condition of the detection switch 61. When the ON condition is not detected, no drive signals will be outputted from the CPU to the drive circuit. For this reason, recording can be performed when the ink cartridge 50 is accurately mounted.

摘要: In producing a rocker arm, following steps are used: fabricating a rocker arm blank which includes: a rocker arm body having an aperture therein adapted to be converted to a hole for the insertion of a shaft, and which blank is made of a nitrided steel comprising specified amounts of C, Mn, Cr, Al, Si, P, S, Cu, Ni, one of Pb and Bi, and optionally Mo, and, as the balance substantially, Fe; and a slipper surface forming piece; subjecting the rocker arm blank to a refining treatment to adjust its hardness; subjecting the apertures to reaming to form the shaft insertion holes; and subjecting the rocker arm blank with the shaft insertion holes formed therein to a nitriding treatment. Thus, it is possible to mass-produce rocker arms for an internal combustion engine, each of which has excellent mechanical properties.

摘要: A side wall 35 that extends in the axial direction enclosing the plasma in such a way that expansion of plasma to the sides is prevented at the back surface of a skimmer cone 33 and a small collision chamber 36, which is positioned at the back side of this side wall 35 and is defined by a flat part 56 of a first electrode 53 having an opening 57 through which the ion beam can pass. By means of this small collision chamber 36, the pressure inside the chamber rises without introducing additional gas; therefore, argon ions are neutralized by collision and recombination between the ions and electrons and the ion density of the plasma is reduced. Thus, the beam diameter during ion extraction and transport is maintained relatively small.
