The present invention is related to novel cosmetic composition comprising β-fructosyl-L-ascorbic acid derivatives produced by fructose conversion reaction using by ascorbic acid and the compounds shows potent inhibiting effect on the activity of tyrosinase enzyme, therefore, it can be useful as a skin whitening cosmetic composition as an cream, skin, lotion, pack and the like.

A printing device and a printing method using the same is disclosed. An air pocket is formed in a cliché stage to prevent a cleaning solution from permeating into a space between the cliché stage and a cliché plate, thereby preventing a lower surface of the cliché plate from being contaminated. The printing device comprises a cliché stage for fixation of a cliché plate, a plurality of vacuum holes disposed in the cliché stage for providing a vacuum to fix of the cliché plate to the cliché stage; and an air pocket surrounding the plurality of vacuum holes for providing air to minimize permeation of a cleaning solution into a space between the cliché plate and the cliché stage.

A pattern forming method using printing device and method of manufacturing LCD device using the same is disclosed, which uses a cleaning dry film to remove a pattern material from a printing plate, the printing device comprising a printing roller coated with a pattern material; a printing plate including embossing and depressed patterns for patterning the pattern material of the printing roller; a substrate to which the pattern material on the embossing patterns of the printing roller is transcribed; and a cleaning unit, for removing the pattern material from the printing plate, provided with a film-supplying roller, a cleaning roller and a film-collecting roller combined with one another by one cleaning dry film.

Described is a method for fabricating ceramic chip packages in which an epoxy resin containing fine ceramic particles is applied on a ceramic substrate provided with chip packages respectively having a plurality of chips mounted thereon, thereby improving reliability and endurance of the package and miniaturizing the size of the package. The epoxy resin is applied on the ceramic substrate provided with a plurality of the chips mounted thereon except a designated region, thereby minimizing the deformation of the substrate. The epoxy resin layer is formed on the substrate by two steps including a first step for forming a first epoxy resin layer serving as a dam and a second step for forming a second epoxy resin layer, thereby reducing the amount of the used epoxy resin and improving reliability and endurance of the package against temperature and humidity.

The refresh apparatus for the semiconductor memory device may include a redundant cell refresh signal generator for generating a redundant cell refresh signal for refreshing a redundant cell when a refresh is requested in a test mode, a wordline enable signal generator for generating a normal main wordline enable signal and a redundant main wordline enable signal in response to the redundant cell refresh signal in a redundant cell test mode and a wordline driver for simultaneously refreshing the normal and redundant cells by simultaneously driving a normal main wordline and a redundant main wordline in response to the redundant cell refresh signal, the normal main wordline enable signal, the redundant main wordline enable signal and a row address in the redundant cell test mode.

The present invention relates to beta-glucosidase that is mutated to have enhanced activity, and a method for producing bioethanol using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a polynucleotide encoding beta-glucosidase that is mutated to have enhanced activity, beta-glucosidase expressed from the polynucleotide, an expression vector including the polynucleotide, a transformant that is transformed with the expression vector, a method for producing the mutated beta-glucosidase using the transformant, and a method for producing bioethanol using the transformant. The mutant beta-glucosidase of the present invention increases production of glucose much more than the conventional beta-glucosidase, and thus it can be widely used for economic production of bioethanol.
