    摘要: A method for varnish application to a dynamoelectric stator is disclosed. The method includes a varnish treatment process and application by preheating the stator; adjusting a viscosity of the varnish; dripping the varnish onto a coil end of the stator from radially outside the stator while rotating the preheated stator around a central axis; and hardening the varnish dripped onto the coil end by heating the stator. The varnish viscosity is adjusted so that said varnish dripped onto said coil end passes through the coil end from radially outside to radially inside, and the varnish is dripped onto said coil end along a direction which is perpendicular to the central axis of the collective coils.

    摘要: A magnetic disk storage device capable of avoiding the occurrence of vibration of magnetic disks and off-track of magnetic heads with respect to the magnetic disks, including an inner shroud enclosing a disk assembly composed of a multiplicity of magnetic disks stacked in superposed relation with spacers being interposed therebetween and formed at its outer peripheral wall with first ports for inserting access arms therethrough and at its top above a spindle supporting the disk assembly with a second port, a cylindrical filter for removing dust from air flowing through the second port of the inner shroud into the interior thereof, and a dust cover enclosing the inner shroud, actuators and filter. The provision of the inner shroud is conductive to prevention of development of turbulent air flow in the vicinity of the magnetic disks. The inner shroud is further formed at its outer peripheral wall with a multiplicity of small apertures for releasing heat generated in the inner shroud to outside, to thereby avoid thermal off-track of the magnetic heads.

    摘要: An autoleveling device for a vehicle having hydro-pneumatic suspension units including a housing fixed to a vehicle body the housing having an oil supply port, an oil exhaust port and a cylinder port commonly connected to the hydro-pneumatic suspension units, a cam rotatable in response to variations in vehicle height, a first piston movably following the profile of the cam, a second piston in opposition to the first piston, a first spring interposed between the first and second pistons, a second spring interposed between the second piston and an end of the housing to balancingly support the second piston with the first spring, an oil supply valve adapted to be opened by a displacement of the second piston in excess of a determined value in one direction to communicate the cylinder port with the oil supply port, an oil exhaust valve opened by a displacement of the second piston in excess of a determined value in the other direction to communicate the cylinder port with the oil exhaust port, a first oil chamber enclosing the first spring and second oil chamber enclosing the second spring on both sides of the second piston being communicated with each other through an orifice, thereby performing the autoleveling function with high accuracies by selecting the cam profile for moving the first piston, but preventing the autoleveling function when wheels of the vehicle momentarily hop due to uneveness of roads owing to a time delay constant resulting from the flow resistance of oil flowing through the orifice.

    摘要: A nozzle testing device includes: a two-dimensional image sensor to capture an image of a pattern formed on a recording object by discharging ink from a nozzle row while moving the nozzle row and the recording object relative to each other in a direction orthogonal to the nozzle row; a light source unit provided such that regularly reflected light by the pattern forms a regular reflection area in the image of the pattern captured by the two-dimensional image sensor; and a detection unit to analyze the image to detect discharge failure of the nozzles. The regular reflection area is formed in the image such that a dimension in a direction corresponding to the direction of relative movement between the nozzle row and the recording object is greater than a dimension in a direction orthogonal to the direction corresponding to the direction of relative movement in the image.
