Abstract: The present pump devices provide a dual pump using two (or more) electric motors (e.g. brushless DC motors) driving the pumps independently, including integration of hydraulic and electrical components and connectors. The illustrated arrangements include an in-line single shaft version, a parallel side-by-side shaft version, and an inside-outside version. Abstract: An electric motor includes a plurality of structural rings that define a plurality of stator teeth. Tooth sections are formed from stacks of laminations that are positioned within each stator tooth of the plurality of stator teeth. The stacks of laminations are positioned between adjacent rings of the plurality of structural rings. Bobbins are positioned over each stator tooth. Winding sections are positioned over each stator tooth and around the bobbins, respectively. The winding sections are coupled together to define a plurality of stator poles that are configured to be selectively energized. An outer ring is positioned around an outer circumference of the plurality of stator teeth. The outer ring defines a stator core and contains the winding sections within a stator cavity defined between the outer ring and an inner circumference of the plurality of structural rings.

Abstract: A vibration-cancelling module includes a first rotor having a first eccentric body, a second rotor having a second eccentric body, and a stator assembly in electromagnetic communication with the first and second rotors. A central shaft extends between the first and second rotors. The first and second rotors rotationally operate about a common rotational axis with respect to one another between a balanced position and a plurality of eccentric positions. A controller has an accelerometer assembly and a rotor-position sensor assembly. The controller delivers an electrical current to the stator assembly at least based upon the accelerometer assembly. A common housing contains the first and second rotors, the stator assembly, the central shaft and the controller.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for pumps that deliver optimized torque characteristics and volumetric efficiency. A system includes a housing defining a surface and a rotor defining a face. A face clearance is defined between the face and the surface. The face clearance is variable in magnitude and determinative of target performance characteristics of the pump system. The housing is made of a material selected to have a thermal expansion characteristic and the rotor is made of a second material selected to have another thermal expansion characteristic. The thermal expansion characteristics deliver the target performance characteristics of the pump system.

Abstract: A fluid pump includes a pump element in communication with an inlet and an outlet. Rotation of the pump element generates a suction at the inlet and pressure at the outlet. The suction and pressure cooperate to move a fluid through a fluid path. An accessory fluid path is in communication with the inlet and outlet. The accessory fluid path includes a thermistor in communication with the accessory fluid path. The thermistor monitors a temperature of the fluid within the accessory fluid path.

Abstract: A shift actuator includes a motor that drives a drum assembly having a disconnect track and a range track. Operation of the motor rotates the drum assembly about a rotational axis. A fork rod is positioned parallel with the rotational axis. A disconnect fork is slidably coupled with the disconnect track and the fork rod. A range fork is slidably coupled with the range track and the fork rod. The disconnect track and the range track define a plurality of actuating positions of the disconnect fork and the range fork. The plurality of actuating positions are defined by corresponding flat portions of the disconnect track and the range track that maintain a position of the disconnect fork and the range fork, respectively, relative to the fork rod.

The pump cover defines an end of the interior cavity. A spring assembly biases the pump cover in an axial direction toward the pump assembly.
