Abstract: A method and apparatus for use in a mobile device telemetry system is disclosed. The method and apparatus relate to a telematics furtherance visualization system. The system can sense mobile device remote observation misalignment risk and reconcile mobile device remote observation alignment by communicating a subsequent log of mobile device vector data for rendering a sequence of next positions in the furtherance of a mobile device. The system can also provide an adaptive rendering based upon a phase shift, a log of mobile device vector data, or predictive rendering until receipt of the next subsequent log of mobile device vector data.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for temperature-dependent charging of supercapacitor energy storage units of asset tracking devices are provided. Abstract: A method for inferring a status asset information from data of a first type gathered by a first asset tracking device is provided. The method includes determining that a first asset tracking device coupled to a first asset and a second asset tracking device coupled to a second asset are travelling together, that the first asset tracking device has a first operating mode, and that the second asset tracking device has a second operating mode, which is different from the first operating mode of the first asset tracking device. In response, the second asset tracking device enters into a low-power mode in which it either does not gather data of the first type or does so at a reduced rate. Status information related to the second asset may be inferred from data of the first type gathered by the first asset tracking device.
