摘要： A resistor pack assembly includes a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate, a cylindrical suppression resistor, and a cylindrical cover. The first mounting plate has a circular face, a first connection terminal, and a second connection terminal. The second mounting plate has a circular face, a third connection terminal and a fourth connection terminal. The cylindrical suppression resistor has a first flat surface and a second flat surface opposite the first flat surface, and is located between the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate, wherein the first flat surface contacts the circular face of the first mounting plate and the second flat surface contacts the circular face of the second mounting plate. The cylindrical cover has an inner diameter aperture, wherein the first mounting plate, the second mounting plate, and the cylindrical suppression resistor are located within the inner diameter aperture of the cylindrical cover.

摘要： An arrangement and method for driving a turbomachine having a rotor is provided. The arrangement includes an input shaft rotationally coupled to the rotor. A motor generator device has a motor mode of operation and a generator mode of operation. A differential gear device having a first portion rotationally coupled to the input shaft and a second portion rotationally coupled to the motor generator device. A hydraulic assembly is rotationally coupled between the differential gear and the input shaft. The hydraulic assembly has a plurality of pistons and a pair of wobbler plates. A controller is operably coupled to the input shaft, the motor generator device and the hydraulic assembly, wherein the controller includes a processor that is responsive to executable instructions when executed on the processor for moving the pair of wobbler plates to a first position during a motor mode of operation.

摘要： A method of installing the terminal block assembly onto a generator includes the step of providing a terminal block with multiple terminal studs. Protrusions that are integral with the terminal block are aligned with corresponding bores in a generator housing. The terminal block is mounted on the generator housing with the protrusions received in the bores. A terminal lead assembly is inserted through the protrusion, and a terminal pad of the terminal lead assembly is arranged over the terminal stud. A terminal lug is fastened to the terminal stud. A terminal cover is secured to the terminal block over the terminal with a boss of the terminal block received in a corresponding recess of the terminal cover.

摘要： A rotor gear includes a rotor gear body having involute teeth that each have an involute surface that extends between a tooth tip and a tooth base. The involute surface includes at least reference points A-D, with reference point A near the base, reference point D near the tip, reference point B between reference points A and D, and reference point C between reference points B and D. The reference points A-D have associated respective roll angles, εA-D, between a corresponding first line that is perpendicular to the involute surface at the given reference point A-D and a second line that is tangent at a reference point that lies on a terminal end of the involute surface at the tooth base to a reference base circle having a center origin at the center axis.
