摘要: A static random access memory (SRAM) can include an array of memory cells, wherein each memory cell is coupled to one of a plurality of sense amplifiers through a bitline. The SRAM also can include replica bitline circuitry including a replica bitline coupled to a replica bitline amplifier. The replica bitline amplifier can provide a strobe signal to the plurality of sense amplifiers, wherein the replica bitline amplifier includes a feedback path. An SRAM also may include a write replica circuit generating a signal when data has been written to the write replica circuit. A wordline of the memory array can be turned off responsive to the signal.

摘要: A static random access memory (“SRAM”) has a plurality of SRAM cells connected to a word line. A static noise margin (“SNM”) detector controls a pull-down transistor that selectively couples the word line to a ground path. The SNM detector is configured to produce a first output signal in response to a SNM event that couples the word line to the ground path, and otherwise produces a second output signal that de-couples the word line from the ground path.

摘要: A PWM controller includes a short circuit mode circuit which has input ends connecting simultaneously to a power supply input end and an output end of an output driving circuit, and an oscillator which has a temperature compensation circuit that includes a medium value multi-transistor resistor of a negative temperature coefficient and a well resistor of a positive temperature coefficient. The invention also provides a charger circuit which includes the PWM controller set forth above and a constant voltage/current control circuit coupling with the PWM controller through a transformer. A system adopting the PWM controller circuit and charger circuit of the invention does not need a voltage stabilization diode now equipped in many conventional designs. The invention provides an improved short circuit protection and eliminates low frequency harmonic waves.
