Abstract: A display substrate includes a driving circuit layer arranged on a base and a light emitting structure layer arranged on one side, away from the base, of the driving circuit layer; the light emitting structure layer includes an anode, a pixel definition layer, an organic light emitting layer, a cathode, and an auxiliary electrode; the pixel definition layer has a first pixel opening exposing the anode and a second pixel opening exposing the auxiliary electrode; the organic light emitting layer connected to the anode and the cathode connected to the organic light emitting layer are arranged in the first pixel opening; the organic light emitting layer separated from the auxiliary electrode and the cathode located on one side, away from the base, of the organic light emitting layer are arranged in the second pixel opening; and the cathode is connected to the auxiliary electrode in the second pixel opening.

Abstract: An array substrate includes gate lines, data lines and an insulating layer. The data lines all extend in a first direction, and the gate lines all extend in a second direction, the first direction intersecting the second direction. A data line includes first line segments and second line segments that all extend in the first direction and are arranged alternately. The second line segments are disposed at a side of the gate lines proximate to the base, and the first line segments are disposed at a side of the gate lines away from the base. There is no overlap among orthographic projections of the first line segments on the base and orthographic projections of the gate lines on the base. The insulating layer includes first vias. In the first direction, any two adjacent first line segments are electrically connected to a second fine segment through at least two first vias.

Abstract: A light-emitting substrate includes; a base, an isolation portion disposed on the base and located in an isolation region located outside a light-emitting region, and a second insulating pattern located in the light-emitting region. The isolation portion includes a first conductive pattern, a second conductive pattern and a first insulating pattern that are sequentially stacked on the base; an orthogonal projection of the first conductive pattern on the base is located within an orthogonal projection of the second conductive pattern on the base; and a side face of the first conductive pattern proximate to the light-emitting region and a corresponding side face of the second conductive pattern proximate to the light-emitting region have a first gap therebetween. Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display panel includes: sequentially forming a conductive pattern, a light-emitting layer and a cathode layer on a substrate. The conductive pattern is formed by a one-time patterning process, and includes an auxiliary electrode layer. In a direction parallel to the substrate, both the first protective electrode and the second protective electrode in the auxiliary electrode layer extend over the metal electrode, a second orthographic projection of the second protective electrode on the substrate is within a first orthographic projection of the first protective electrode on the substrate, and an outer boundary of the second orthographic projection is staggered from an outer boundary of the first orthographic projection. The cathode layer is in contact with the first protective electrode and a sidewall of the metal electrode.

The first light shielding layer is disposed on a side of the passivation layer facing away from the interlayer insulating layer. Abstract: A patterning method and a method for manufacturing an array substrate are provided, and the patterning method includes: forming a photolithography auxiliary film and a positive photoresist film in turn on a base substrate provided with a layer to be patterned; subjecting the photolithography auxiliary film and the positive photoresist film to a photolithography process to form a photolithography auxiliary layer pattern and a positive photoresist pattern; patterning the layer to be patterned; and UV irradiating the photolithography auxiliary layer pattern and the positive photoresist pattern and then removing the photolithography auxiliary layer pattern and the positive photoresist pattern.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a manufacture method thereof, a display device are disclosed. The method includes providing a base substrate, including a display area and a package area; forming a driving transistor, a passivation layer and an OLED display unit on the base substrate, wherein the OLED display unit and the driving transistor are formed in the display area, the passivation layer is formed in both the display area and the package area and includes a plurality of recesses in the package area and a via hole in the display area, and the via hole and the plurality of recesses are formed by same one patterning process; coating a sealant in the package area to cover the plurality of recesses; and providing a package substrate, the package substrate and the base substrate being assembled together and sealed oppositely by the sealant.
