摘要: When an engine is started with a key 19A inserted in an ignition key cylinder of a vehicle 11, a vehicle-side controller 12 transmits operational data to the key 19A and stores in the key 19A. Further, when a personal computer 30 is operated with the key 19A inserted in an R/W device 31, the R/W device 31 reads the operational data from the key 19A and transfers to the personal computer 30. In this structure, when a storage capacity of the key 19A becomes full, the vehicle-side controller 12 stores the operational data in a storage portion of its own, and when the key 19A is initialized, the stored operational data is written in the key 19A. For this reason, even when initialization of the key 19A is difficult, deletion of the operational data is prevented.

摘要: The invention relates to a transmission-reception system, particularly a transmitter-receiver device contained in the bow of an ignition key. When a resonance circuit receives a carrier wave signal from a transmission-reception ECU of a motor vehicle, a microcomputer is switched to an active state by the output of a power circuit that smoothes and rectifies the carrier wave signal. A detector circuit discriminates an enquiry signal supplied together with the carrier wave signal through the resonance circuit portion, and outputs the signal to the microcomputer. In response to the enquiry signal together with random number data, the activated microcomputer changes the bit length of an identification code stored in an EEPROM, on the basis of the received random number data and a predetermined function, and performs the on-off control of an FET of a modulating circuit in a mode corresponding to the bit length-changed identification code. The microcomputer thus performs control to send back an enciphered answer signal to the transmission-reception ECU.

摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a vehicle alarm signal generation device which can realize the reduction of the consumption of power without unstabilizing the intruder detect operation. The vehicle alarm signal generation device includes a supersonic sensor which comprises a supersonic transmitter and a supersonic receiver. The supersonic transmitter radiates supersonic waves in the interior of a vehicle and the radiated supersonic waves are received by the supersonic receiver. If any person intrudes on the vehicle interior, then there is produced a difference between the frequencies of the radiated and received supersonic waves due to the Doppler effect generated responsive to the movements of the intruder, so that a beat frequency signal corresponding to the frequency difference is included in a signal received by the supersonic receiver. The beat frequency signal is integrated by an integrating circuit and is then converted into a voltage signal. A control circuit is arranged such that it generates an alarm signal when the voltage signal arrives at or goes beyond a reference level. The control circuit drives the supersonic sensor intermittently, invalidates the voltage signal for a given time after it starts the driving of the sensor and, after lapse of the invalidated time of the voltage signal, switches the supersonic sensor into its successive driving condition when the voltage signal reaches or exceeds an auxiliary reference level lower than the reference level.

摘要: An apparatus for controlling a power window capable of maintaining an energized state of the motor to move a window glass, detecting a locked-rotor current flowing through the motor when the window glass reaches a limit position, and de-energizing the motor to stop the movement of the window glass when the locked-rotor current becomes larger than a predetermined value. The period of time for energization of the motor is longer than a period of time from a moment at which the "ON" operation of the automatic mode switch is cancelled to a moment at which the window glass reaches the limit position. It is thereby possible to automatically de-energize the motor when the window glass reaches the limit position, even if the locked-rotor current does not become larger than the predetermined value at this time due to the influence of temperatures or other causes.

摘要: Two leaf springs of substantially identical width which define first and second movable members are superposed on each other at one end and connected together. A movable contact is attached to the thus connected portion. The first movable member has a slot formed in a middle portion thereof. The width of an end portion of the second movable member is set so that the end portion can be inserted in the slot. A supporting member being inserted in the slot has a portion for swingably supporting an edge portion of the slot and another portion for swingably supporting an end portion of the second movable member opposite to the movable contact. The second movable member is curved so that upon application of a operating force to the first movable member the urging direction of the second movable member changes to cause a snap action to thereby selectively bring the movable contact into contact with one of the two fixed contacts. The width of the second movable member can be increased irrespective of the size of the slot, thus making it possible to provide a large urging force.

摘要: A switching device of the type in which a moving contact provided at the free end of a movable component formed of a plate spring is brought into contact with and separated from fixed contacts by depressing the movable component by means of an operating member. The movable component is equipped with first and second movable parts which are arranged face to face and which are connected to each other at their respective free ends. A first support portion supporting the first movable part which is depressed by the operating member, is positioned farther from the free end than a second support portion supporting the second movable part. The first movable part is equipped with a curved section which allows it to remain free of the second support portion when it is depressed by the operating member. Thus, when the operating member is manipulated, the first movable part can remain free of the second support portion by virtue of its curved portion, so that the first movable member need not be equipped with a through-hole for passing the second support portion.

摘要: An improved dimmer apparatus which can protect an output power transistor for a lamp of a load when the lamp is short-circuited and which can eliminate manual operation for restarting the apparatus after recovery of the short-circuiting of the lamp. The apparatus comprises a detecting circuit which detects short-circuiting of the lamp to turn the transistor off. After lapse of a predetermined interval of time given by a timer circuit, the transistor is turned on to detect whether or not the lamp is still short-circuited. If the lamp is still short-circuited, the transistor is again turned off and then a same sequence of operations will be repeated until it is detected that the short-circuiting of the lamp has been recovered and thus a normal operation of the apparatus is restarted.
