Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to correct deviation in the injection amount and changes in the injection timing when the voltage of a high-voltage source for a drive device decreases. This drive device for a fuel injection device is equipped with a function whereby, when the pulse width of the injection pulse is set to an energization time 815 that closes a valve after a drive current has been switched to a maintenance current, the injection pulse width when the voltage of a high-voltage source has decreased is corrected so as to be longer than the injection pulse width when the voltage of the high-voltage source has not decreased, and, when the pulse width of the injection pulse is set to an energization time 804′ that closes the valve before the drive current has been switched to the maintenance current, the absolute value of the amount of correction of the injection pulse width is made smaller than when the injection pulse width is set to the energization time 815 that closes the valve after the drive current has been switched to the maintenance current.

Abstract: A drive unit of a fuel injection device includes a driver circuit. The driver circuit opens and closes a valve element of the fuel injection device by supplying a drive current to the fuel injection device. The driver circuit supplies the drive current to open the valve element and sets the drive current to zero in an intermediate lift area. The intermediate lift area is an area is which a lift amount of the valve element is smaller than a maximum target lift amount.

Abstract: Provided is a high-pressure fuel pump in which responsiveness of closing a suction valve can be maintained even when the high-pressure fuel pump is increased in pressure or capacity of the high-pressure fuel pump is increased, thereby ensuring discharge efficiency. Therefore, the high-pressure fuel pump includes the rod that urges the suction valve in the valve opening direction, the mover that drives the rod in the valve closing direction, and the solenoid that generates a magnetic attraction force for moving the mover in the valve closing direction. After the suction valve starts moving from the suction valve closing position in the valve opening direction, the rod reaches the suction valve closing position and further moves in the valve opening direction.

The present invention is a drive device for a fuel injection device for use in an internal combustion engine, wherein: the fuel injection device is provided with a valve body 214 that can open and close a fuel passage, a needle 202 that activates an opening and closing valve by transmitting power between itself and the valve body 214, and an electromagnet that comprises a solenoid 205 and a fixed core 207 provided as drive means for the needle 202, and a cylindrical nozzle holder 201 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the needle 202; and the drive device 150 controls a drive current flowing to the coil so as to decrease from the maximum drive current to a first drive current 610 that is lower than the maximum drive current before the valve body 214 reaches the maximum height position so that the valve body 214 reaches a height position lower than the maximum height position.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve which has a structure where failure hardly occurs in a valve member and a peripheral member thereof at the time of press-fitting of a fixed core. The present invention provides a fuel injection valve that includes: a valve member 114A; an anchor 102 which is relatively displaceable with respect to the valve member 114A; a fixed core 107 in which a through-hole 107A is formed; a gap forming member 133 which forms a gap between an engagement portion 129B on the valve member side and an engagement portion 102D on the anchor side; and a biasing spring 134 which biases the gap forming member 133 in a valve closing direction. The engagement portions 102D and 129B are provided in both the anchor 102 and the valve member 114A so as to be engaged with each other when the anchor 102 is displaced in a valve opening direction with respect to the valve member 114A, thereby regulating the displacement of the anchor 102 in the valve opening direction. An outer diameter of the gap forming member 133, an outer diameter of the biasing spring 134, and a maximum outer diameter of the valve member 114A are set to be smaller than an inner diameter of the through-hole 107A.
