Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a resource scheduling technology for vehicle to vehicle communication in a wireless communications system. In a resource scheduling method, a first terminal device receives a second-vehicle message sent by at least one second terminal device, where the second-vehicle message carries vehicle status information of the second terminal device. The first terminal device determines a historical resource occupation status of the at least one second terminal device, and selects, based on the vehicle status information indicating a vehicle location and a traveling status of the second terminal device, a first resource used for sending a first-vehicle message.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and apparatus, and relate to the communications field. The method includes: obtaining configuration information; establishing at least one logical channel according to an identifier of each logical channel and the corresponding transmission mode indication; obtaining a transmission resource according to the transmission mode indication of a logical channel to which device-to-device (D2D) buffered data belongs; and sending the D2D buffered data by using the obtained transmission resource. A problem that a resource allocation mode used by a terminal during D2D communication is relatively single and is not flexible enough is resolved, and the terminal can use different resource allocation modes according to a logical channel granularity, so that not only consumption of signaling resources of a network device can be reduced, but also QoS requirements of some services that require relatively high QoS can be satisfied.

The method includes: sending, by a base station, an offloading bearer request message to a first LPN according to a backhaul offloading establishment request message; receiving, by the base station, an offloading bearer acknowledgement message sent by the first LPN; sending, by the base station, an offloading bearer configuration message to a first UE-relay; and sending, by the base station, a received ID of a service bearer and received second S1 configuration information of the service bearer to a core network element by using an MME. In this way, backhaul load on uplink/downlink resources of the base station is reduced.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell handover method and a device. so that the target eNB uses a current serving small node as a user plane serving node after UE is handed over and uses the target eNB as a control plane serving node after the UE is handed over; receiving a handover request acknowledgment sent by the target eNB; and sending offloading configuration information of the current serving small node to the current serving small node, and sending RRC reconfiguration information of the UE to the UE, so that offloading configuration is performed separately by the current serving small node and the UE. This avoids a problem that in a cell handover process, a transmission resource required for transmission increases and a delay is relatively great because the current serving small node forwards a large amount of data to the target eNB.
