    摘要: An embodiment of the present invention discloses a method of performing target Raman gain locking and a Raman fiber amplifier. The Raman fiber amplifier comprises a coupler (1) and a control unit (15), wherein the control unit comprises a target gain locking module. A detection circuit formed by filters and optical power detectors is connected between an output side of the coupler (1) and an input side of the control unit (15). Said method uses the control unit (15) to adjust power of the pump laser, making the detected out-of-band ASE power value reach target out-of-band ASE optical signal power value. Thus, the target amplification gain locking can be realized. Optical path according to embodiments of the present invention has a simple structure. The Raman gain can be configured flexibly according to line condition, and automatic control and locking of gain of the Raman fiber amplifier can be realized.

    摘要: The disclosure discloses a method and device for power control in non-adaptive retransmission. The solution thereof includes: when UE does not obtain a TPC adjustment value of a current HARQ process by parsing, determining a current power control mode; if the mode is an accumulation mode, determining whether the calculated sum of TPC adjustment values of each HARQ process is smaller than a given threshold, if yes, obtaining a transmission power by adding an increment adjustment value to a retransmission power, otherwise, calculating the transmission power of UE according to a formula in a protocol; if the mode is an absolute value mode, obtaining a transmission power by adding an increment adjustment value to a retransmission power. The solution can improve the SINR detected by an eNB and improve a retransmission success rate, thereby saving radio resources, facilitating utilization of radio resources and reduction of transmission delay, improving the throughput rate of an LTE system and improving the system performance

    摘要: Provided are antigenic determinants recognized by anti-human death receptor DR5 monoclonal antibody AD5-10, derivatives and uses thereof. The antigenic determinants have the amino acid sequence of LITQQDLAPAARA, wherein the core polypeptide is QDLAP. The polypeptides comprising said antigenic determinants can activate the signal pathway downstream of DR5 after binding to monoclonal antibody AD5-10, then result in apoptosis. The antigenic determinants and derivatives thereof can be used for screening and preparing anti-human DR5 agonistic antibody, small molecular compound binding to DR5 and DR5 vaccine. Their nucleotide encoding sequences can be used for preparing antisense nucleotides and small molecular ribonucleotides for treating and preventing tumor and/or AIDS and the like.

The gasbags (2), ventilated bolts (5), spokes (6), inflating valve (10), and communicating shaft (11) constitute an air storing space interconnecting each gasbag, the air storing space is inflated or deflated through the inflating valve (10), and the rockers (3) are hinge-jointed with the spokes (6). The spokes (6), rockers (3) and the communicating shaft (11) constitute a spoke assembly. The roller wheels (1) are driven by the spoke assembly to rotate round the communicating shaft (11), the roller wheels (1) contact the pavement in turn under the joint action of the gasbags (2) and the spoke assembly to simulate the practical situation and hence conduct the rolling test for the pavement. The testing apparatus performs the test with higher accuracy and higher efficiency.
