摘要: Systems, methods, and devices for beamforming (BF) training are disclosed. In some examples, a receiver is configured to receive sector sweep (SSW) training frames from an initiator device that each indicate an antenna sector of the initiator device. A transmitter is configured to transmit sector sweep (SSW) training frames to the initiator device that indicate a best received antenna sector of the initiator device. The receiver receives a sector sweep feedback (SSW FB) frame from the initiator device, and the transmitter transmits transmit a sector sweep acknowledgement (SSW ACK) frame to the initiator device that indicates an antenna sector of the initiator device that is different from the antenna sector indicated by the SSW FB frame, if the SSW FB frame was best received by an antenna not corresponding to the best received antenna sector of the initiator device.

摘要: Procedures and mechanisms for narrowband multi-channel transmission for wakeup radio (WUR) operation are disclosed. A station (STA) operating in WUR mode may have its a primary connectivity radio (PCR) turned off and its WUR turned and operating according to previously negotiated WUR operating parameters. The STA may monitor, for WUR beacons and frames over a first WUR channel, and determine that the first WUR channel does not support reliable transmission based on no beacons being received within a first duration. The STA may turn off the WUR, and turn on the PCR to send a first short WUR frame including a wakeup reason, and receive a second short WUR frame with a WUR channel assignment. The STA may turn off the PCR, turn on the WUR, and monitor for WUR signals on a second WUR channel according to the WUR channel assignment and the previously negotiated WUR operating parameters.

摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are disclosed for physical (PHY) layer multiplexing of different types of traffic in 5G systems. A device may receive a communication. The communication may include a first traffic type. The device may monitor the communication for an indication that the communication includes a second traffic type that is multiplexed with and/or punctures the first traffic type. An indicator received in the communication and detected by the monitoring may indicate where the second traffic type is located in the communication. The first traffic type and the second traffic type may be multiplexed at a resource element (RE) level. For example, a first traffic type may be punctured by a second traffic type at the RE level. The device may decode one or more of the first or second traffic types in the communication based on the indication.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for multiple AP coordination in wireless local area networks (WLANs). For example, a station (STA) may receive, from a first access points (APs), a probe response frame that includes one or more indicators indicating multiple AP operation capabilities of the first AP and a second AP. The STA may transmit, to at least one of the first AP or the second AP, a multiple AP association request frame that enables the first AP to be associated with the second AP for a multiple AP operation. The STA may receive, from the first AP, a first multiple AP association response frame indicating acceptance or rejection of the multiple AP operation with the first AP. The STA may receive, from the second AP, a second multiple AP association response frame indicating acceptance or rejection of the multiple AP operation with the second AP.

摘要: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) receives first timing advances and first power control commands from a first eNodeB and second timing advances and second power control commands from a second eNodeB and transmits, to the first eNodeB, a first physical uplink control channel using a first uplink component carrier. The first physical uplink control channel has a first timing adjusted by the first timing advances but not by the second timing advances and a first power level adjusted by the first power control commands but not by the second power control commands. The WTRU transmits a second physical uplink control channel using a second uplink component carrier. The second physical uplink control channel has a second timing adjusted by the second timing advances but not by the first timing advances and a second power level adjusted by the second power control commands but not by the first power control commands.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses for multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) channel access are provided herein. A method performed by a station may include receiving, from an access point (AP), a frame including information indicating a broadcast address. The frame may further include a control trailer including information indicating that a multi-user multiple input-multiple output (MU-MIMO) frame is to be transmitted by the AP and information indicative of a designation of a plurality of STAs, the plurality of STAs including the STA. The frame may solicit response frames from at least the designated plurality of STAs. The method may further include transmitting a response frame to the indicated broadcast address and receiving the MU-MIMO frame from the AP.

摘要: Methods for multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) transmission are provided herein. A method may include sensing, using at least one of a plurality of antenna chains, radio frequency (RF) energy on a channel in a first time duration and may indicate the channel is busy. RF energy may be sensed on the channel using the at least one of the plurality of antenna chains in a second time duration and may indicate the channel is not busy. A method may include sending energy level sensed during the second time duration, a frame using the at least one of the plurality of antenna chains. The frame may indicate timing information associated with a MIMO transmission. The MIMO transmission may be sent using the indicated timing information and the at least one of the plurality of antenna chains.

The CAP may receive a CAP TXOP request (CTR) frame indicating that the one or more member APs of the MAP are willing to perform multi-AP sounding during the TXOP. The CAP may transmit a CAP TXOP AP schedule (CTAS) frame indicating a transmission schedule for one or more sounding frames to be transmitted by the one or more member APs during the TXOP.

摘要: Methods and systems for operation in a WLAN are provided. Methods and systems for a transmit power control (TPC) scheme are disclosed. In an embodiment, an access point (AP) may send a trigger frame to one or more stations (STAs) for synchronizing and scheduling uplink (UL) multi-user (MU) transmissions. The trigger frame may contain an open-loop power control index 1 and a power adjustment index 2. The one or more STAs may estimate pathloss using an indicated AP transmit power and received power to set a baseline transmit power. The one or more STAs may adjust their transmit power in the UL transmission period to be the indicated target receive power at the AP.

摘要: A method for transmitting a discrete fourier transform (DFT) DFT-S-OFDM signal including frequency domain reference symbols is disclosed. The method comprises: determining to null a plurality of data symbols prior to DFT-spreading; performing DFT-spreading including the determined null data symbols; puncturing an interleaved output of the DFT-spreading; inserting reference symbols in a frequency domain of the punctured and interleaved DFT-S-OFDM signal; and transmitting the DFT-S-OFDM signal with inserted reference symbols to a receiver. The transmitted DFT-S-OFDM signal enables the receiver to apply zeros corresponding to the reference symbols to an interleaved input of DFT-despreading, and cancel interference due to the puncturing by using all outputs of the DFT-despreading.
