摘要： A handle system for use with a fishing rod. In one embodiment the system is attachable to a rod having a reel seat and operable in conjunction with a reel having a rotatable spool about which fishing line is wound. An attachment section attaches the reel to the handle system and attaches the handle system to the fishing rod. A handle section includes a handle about which a first hand can be placed to hold the rod while catching a fish. The handle extends in a direction away from the attachment section. A leveling system provides back and forth movement of fishing line along the reel spool when the reel is attached to the handle system and the fishing line is being wound on to the spool.

The method includes outputting the optimal affine function to a computer-readable storage medium.

摘要： A wall and roof venting system comprising a wall having an outer layer disposed outwardly of an inner layer with a plurality of spacers disposed therebetween to provide a wall air flow channel between the wall layers. Exterior air enters at the bottom of the wall and vented air is discharged near the top of the wall to reduce heat transfer into the building. Preferably, vented air flows into a roof air flow channel disposed between a first roof layer and a second roof layer maintained in spaced apart relation by a plurality of roof spacers therebetween. A vent component is disposed in a gap in the upper roof layer at or near the top end of the roof to beneficially disperse and/or utilize the vented air from the air flow channels. The wall and roof spacers have openings therein to permit vented air to flow through the respective channels.

摘要： The present invention provides a process to detect binding events on an electrode microarray. A microarray is provided having addressable electrodes and two or more different types of capture complexes at sites corresponding to the electrodes. The capture complexes capture analytes. Enzymes are attached to form a reporter complex. Substrate solutions are sequentially contacted to make enzyme products that are detectable at the electrodes by a difference in the electrical response at electrodes having the enzyme product and those not having the enzyme product. The enzyme product may be a solid deposition product. The electrical properties of electrodes on the microarray are read for the presence of the enzyme product by sequentially switching each electrode held at a constant voltage to ground and then back to the constant voltage.
