摘要： The present invention relates to a bonded assembly characterized in that a board having a convexed portion on a jointing surface thereof and a board having, on a jointing surface thereof, a concaved portion or a through hole to be engaged with the convexed portion are jointed with adhesives. Also, the present invention relates to a bonded assembly characterized in that an adhesive is coated on the portion other than the convexed portion of the board so that the coating thickness is smaller than the height of the convexed portion, and then the board is jointed to another board having a concaved portion or a through hole, after making alignment of the boards. Further, the present invention relates to a rivet having means for fitting to and temporarily fixing to an inserting through hole, and a method of jointing boards which comprises a step for inserting, fitting and temporarily fixing the rivet having the means for temporarily fixing to the inserting through hole on the board. The present invention can provide a highly reliable bonded assembly, a method of jointing boards therefor and a rivet for facilitating jointing the boards, which assure easy and accurate alignment of the boards, secure an adhesive coating thickness required, prevent the adhesive from adhering to unnecessary portions and increase the strength as the bonded assembly.

摘要： There is provided a tap water purifier to be directly coupled to a faucet pipe, which includes a water purifying barel filled with a filter medium and a cylindrical valve body integral with the purifying barrel. The purifying barrel having opposite opening ends. The valve body is inserted in a cylindrical bore formed in a casing for rotation about the longitudinal axis of the valve body. The casing has tap water inlet port means, tap water outlet port means and purified water outlet port means formed therein, the tap water inlet port means and the purified water outlet port means opening to the cylindrical bore in the casing at an angular distance of 180.degree. from each other in the same axial position. The valve body includes first and second flow path means formed therein, the first flow path means being communicated with one opening end of the purifying barrel, the second flow path means being communicated with the other opening end of the purifying barrel. The first and second flow path means open to the peripheral surface of the valve body at an angular distance of 180.degree. from each other in an axial position corresponding to the opening positions of the tap water inlet port means and the purified water outlet port means. The valve body also includes third flow path means formed therein and communicated with the tap water outlet port means. The third flow path means opens to the peripheral surface of the valve body in an angular position between the opening positions of the first and second flow path means and in the axial position corresponding to the opening position of the tap water inlet port means.

摘要： A coin sorter and counter comprising a sloped combination of a pick-up plate and a selecting plate rotating in unison and forming a sandwich with a separator, such separator having a window therein for permitting coins to pass, one-at-a-time, from the pick-up plate, through the separator, into one of a series of coin entrances along the periphery of the selecting plate, each such coin entrance leading into a boomerang-shaped, angulated coin selecting slot or guide which is tapered downwardly in size from its entrance to its terminus, the selecting plate passing over a selecting base in which there is a series of openings spaced angularly about the axis of rotation of the selecting plate, such openings being graduated in size to correspond to the diameter of coins to be sorted, the smaller the opening, the shorter the radial distance of that opening from the axis of rotation of the selecting plate, the direction of angulation of the coin-selecting slots being in the direction of rotation of the selecting plate.

摘要： An inkjet recording apparatus includes a droplet ejection head, a head tank, a tube, an ink cartridge, and a liquid-feed pump. The droplet ejection head has a plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink. The head tank is mounted on the droplet ejection head, temporarily stores a certain amount of ink, and creates negative pressure in the droplet ejection head. The tube is connected to the head tank. The ink cartridge is connected via the tube to the head tank, the ink cartridge storing ink. The liquid-feed pump is disposed at the tube between the ink cartridge and the head tank to feed ink from the ink cartridge to the head tank through the tube. The liquid-feed pump is operable in reverse to feed ink from the head tank through the tube to the ink cartridge and create negative pressure in the head tank.
