In the plurality of dot portions, transparent bank layers and colored layers arranged to fill regions defined by the bank layers are respectively provided, and the forming areas of the bank layers in the respective dot portions are different from each other such that the forming areas of the colored layers in the respective dot portion are different for each color.

    摘要: A color filter substrate includes a substrate and color layers of different colors which are disposed on the substrate. The color layers are provided in unit pixels. The unit pixels each include subpixels. The subpixels each include a reflection region where light entering the pixels is reflected and a transmission region where light entering the pixels is transmitted. The reflection and transmission regions include a different combination of two color layers selected from the color layers for each of the subpixels. The two color layers are adjacent to each other in a plane in the reflection region and are stacked on top of each other in the transmission region. The transmission region of at least one of the subpixels has an unstacked area where one of the two color layers is formed.

    摘要: A squeegee unit having a stirring squeegee and a leveling squeegee fixed thereto is rocked with the reciprocating operation of a transfer unit moving mechanism to cause the stirring squeegee and the leveling squeegee to approach the pan surface of a transfer unit on going and returning paths. Consequently, the stirring squeegee stirs a viscous fluid put on the transfer unit on the going path of the transfer unit and the leveling squeegee uniformly flattens the viscous fluid stirred on the going path to have a predetermined thickness on the returning path of the transfer unit, thereby forming a flat viscous fluid transfer surface on the transfer unit. By immersing the terminal portion of the electronic component in the viscous fluid transfer surface, the viscous fluid is transferred to the electronic component and the electronic component is then mounted in a predetermined mounting position.

    摘要: A transmissive color filter layer is disposed over a transparent substrate such as glass in a transparent display area, and a reflective color filter layer is formed in a reflective display area. An overcoat layer is formed on the transmissive color filter layer and the reflective color filter layer so as to cover both of them. The overcoat layer has a multigap structure having a first layer thickness on the transmissive color filter layer and a second layer thickness on the reflective color filter layer, which is thicker than the first layer thickness. In the substrate for this liquid crystal panel, the overcoat layer is also disposed in the transparent display area. Therefore, the adhesion of the transparent electrode can be enhanced, and the transmissive color filter layer can be protected.
