    摘要: An electric compressor control device includes: an inverter for electric compressor motor; a communication microcontroller arranged in a low-voltage region for transmission of an instruction signal via a high-speed communication bus; and a control microcontroller arranged in a high-voltage region and connected to the communication microcontroller via an insulation element for transmitting the instruction signal from the communication microcomputer as an inverter control signal to the inverter. The power voltage of the communication microcomputer is supplied from a low-voltage power source. The voltage from the low-voltage power source is transformed via a transformer and supplied as a power voltage of the control microcontroller. Thus, it is possible to use the existing insulation element at an insulation boundary between the low-voltage region and the high-voltage region so as to surely supply a predetermined power voltage to the microcontroller for controlling the inverter, thereby improving the communication reliability of the entire control device.

    摘要: An inverter unit includes a DC power source, an inverter circuit having two or more pairs of switching elements which are connected in parallel to the DC power source, so that a DC voltage of the DC power source is converted into a pulse train-like, pseudo-AC voltage output from the inverter circuit, and a PWM generator connected to the inverter circuit for adjusting the pseudo-AC voltage by pulse width modulation. Further, the inverter unit includes a voltmeter for detecting an actual, output voltage which is output from the inverter circuit, and a duty cycle controller for controlling an output duty cycle, so that the detected, actual, output voltage becomes a target output voltage. In this inverter unit, a desirable, output voltage may be obtained stably and accurately even if a voltage of a power source fluctuates.

    摘要: The present invention offers a power steering device for a four-wheel drive, which includes: a first self-aligning torque estimation unit for estimating a self-aligning torque generated in a current vehicle behavior as a first self-aligning torque; a second self-aligning torque estimation unit for estimating a self-aligning torque that is to influence a subsequent vehicle behavior as a second self-aligning torque; a self-aligning torque change amount calculation unit for calculating a difference of the second self-aligning torque from the first self-aligning torque as a self-aligning torque change amount; and an assisting force correction unit for determining and outputting a corrected value of an assisting force to be generated for a steering operation based on the self-aligning torque change amount. Therefore, even when the self-aligning torque changes as the distribution of the front and rear driving power is variably controlled, a corresponding assisting force is generated, maintaining a natural steering feeling without causing an unpleasant sensation to the driver.

    摘要: Provided is a device for controlling power supply from an inverter having a semiconductor switching element to an electric compressor having a built-in motor. The device includes: means for calculating a starting current value required for starting the compressor from the pressure at the discharge side circuit of the compressor; means for calculating a permitted current value of the semiconductor switching element from the temperature of the inverter installation portion; and means for comparing the calculated compressor starting current value to the permitted current value of the semiconductor switching element so as todetermine whether to permit a start of the compressor. Thus, it is possible to appropriately start the electric compressor without using a semiconductor switching element requiring a greater current capacity than is necessary in the inverter. This reduces the size and the cost of the electric compressor.
