    摘要: An automated differential locking system. The system includes a differential locking system sliding collar that is selectively engageable with a differential case. An actuator disposed within a protruding portion of a housing is in driving engagement with the sliding collar of the differential locking system. In pneumatic communication with the actuator is a differential lock pneumatic solenoid valve that is in electrical communication with pneumatic solenoid valve slave controller. The solenoid valve and the slave controller are J-1939 and/or ISO-11898 compliant. At least a portion of an outer surface of the solenoid valve and the slave controller are integrally connected to at least a portion of an outer surface of the protruding portion of the housing. In response to an occurrence or absence of a predetermined vehicle operating condition, a second controller sends a signal over a vehicle communication bus to engage and/or disengage the collar with the differential case.

    摘要: A gearbox unit for a motor vehicle, wherein the motor vehicle has a first and a second wheeled axle, the second wheeled axle including a first sub-axle and a second sub-axle. The gearbox assembly of the motor vehicle may include a first connecting shaft operatively connectable to the first sub-axle, a second connecting shaft operatively connectable to the second sub-axle, and a coupling gearbox, which has a drive input shaft operatively connectable to a drive assembly of the motor vehicle and which has a drive output shaft operatively connectable to the first wheeled axle. The drive input shaft may be operatively connected in torque-splitting fashion to the first and the second connecting shaft. The drive output shaft may be operatively connectable to the first connecting shaft so as to be switchable by a first clutch and to the second connecting shaft so as to be switchable by a second clutch.

    摘要: A fork shaft arranged inside a rear-wheel side output shaft is connected to a high-low sleeve of a high-low switching mechanism and a nut member of a screw mechanism that adjusts torque of a front-wheel drive clutch, such that when the nut member moves in an axial direction of the rear-wheel side output shaft, the high-low sleeve moves in the axial direction in conjunction via the fork shaft. Therefore, switching of the high-low switching mechanism and torque adjustment of the front-wheel drive clutch are both able to be executed by the screw mechanism. The fork shaft is arranged inside an axial hole in the rear-wheel side output shaft.

    摘要: A differential device of a four-wheel drive vehicle which is operated in selected one of a two-wheel drive state in which a drive force from a drive power source is transmitted to left and right main drive wheels and a four-wheel drive state in which a drive force from the drive power source is transmitted to the left and right main drive wheels and left and right auxiliary drive wheels, the differential device including a disconnect mechanism with which a power transmission member for transmitting a drive force only to the auxiliary drive wheels in the four-wheel drive state is separated from the auxiliary drive wheels in the two-wheel drive state, the differential device comprising: a cylindrical ring gear supported rotatably around one rotation axis by a case; a differential case including one and the other cylindrical end portions in a rotation axis direction of the ring gear and supported at the one end portion by the ring gear and at the other end portion by the case rotatably and concentrically with the rotation axis; a sleeve fitted movably in the rotation axis direction in a power transmittable manner on the inner circumferential side of the one end portion of the differential case; and an actuator driving the sleeve via a thrust transmission mechanism between an engagement position at which outer circumferential teeth formed on the sleeve are engaged with inner circumferential teeth formed on the inner circumferential side of the ring gear and a release position at which the teeth are not engaged, the thrust transmission mechanism being at least partially located in a radial space between the ring gear and an axle penetrating the ring gear or a rotation shaft integrally rotating with the axle.
