Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing load re-balancing for the dedicated core network in a wireless communication system is provided. An evolved NodeB (eNB) which supports a dedicated core network receives a mobility management entity group identity (MMEGI) of an MME pool, corresponding to the dedicated core network, from a UE which is attached to a first MME of the MME pool. The eNB redirects the UE to a second MME of the MME pool by using the MMEGI of the MME pool.

In detail, a method for relocating, by a first serving node, a serving node in a wireless communication system can include: receiving a tracking area update (TAU) request message from a terminal; transmitting an update location request to a home subscriber server (HSS), when the first serving node having received the TAU request message is different from a second serving node that is an old node; and transmitting an update location message to a service capability exposure function (SCEF), when the first serving node is different from the second serving node that is the old node and a connection for transmitting/receiving non-internet protocol (non-IP) data via the SCEF is configured in the terminal.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present invention provides a method for supporting a power saving mode (PSM) in a radio device. According to the method, the radio device may transmit a first message including a first activation time value to a network entity when the radio device requires the PSM. Then, the radio device may receive a second message including a second activation time value from the network entity. The radio device may enter a PSM state on the basis of the second activation time value. When it is necessary to stop the PSM or change the second activation time, the radio device may transmit a third message at the very time point.
