The present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus for use in a wireless communication system, specifically, the method is directed to perform a ProSe discovery procedure by a first ProSe-enabled UE in a cellular communication system, the method comprising: encrypting a payload of a discovery signal by using a private key of the first ProSe-enabled UE; adding a public key of the first ProSe-enabled UE to the payload of the discovery signal; and transmitting the discovery signal including the payload and the public key of the first ProSe-enabled UE to one or more second ProSe-enabled UEs, wherein the public key of the first ProSe-enabled UE is used for the one or more second ProSe-enabled UEs to decrypt the payload of the discovery signal.

The present invention is directed to a method and an apparatus for use in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the present invention is directed to a method of setting up a ProSe connection by a ProSe-enabled UE of a first MNO in a cellular communication system and an apparatus therefore, in which the method comprises: broadcasting a first message including first resource allocation information for a first radio resource of the first MNO, wherein the first message is broadcast using a specific radio resource that is available to ProSe-enabled UEs of a second MNO; and receiving acknowledgement information regarding the first message from one or more ProSe-enabled UEs of the second MNO by using the first radio resource of the first MNO.

Disclosed is a method for controlling access of a remote UE to a base station, using a relay UE. Particularly, the method comprises receiving access control information through a second terminal, and determining, on the basis of the access control information, whether to perform an access control check for user data according to whether the user data is data to which an access control scheme allowed in an indirect connection mode is applied, wherein the access control information includes information on an access control scheme which is allowed or not allowed in an indirect connection mode.

Disclosed is a method for supporting the handover of a drone in a wireless communication system. The method is performed by the drone and includes measuring signal quality of one or more neighboring eNBs using one or more reference signals (RSs) transmitted by the one or more neighboring eNBs; configuring a candidate set comprising at least one candidate eNB related to the handover based on the measured signal quality, wherein a signal quality value measured with respect to the at least one candidate eNB is greater than a predetermined threshold; comparing the signal quality value of the at least one candidate eNB with a signal quality value of a serving eNB; and transmitting a first message to request the handover to the serving eNB if the signal quality value of the at least one candidate eNB is better than the signal quality value of the serving eNB for a specific period.

Specifically, the present invention is directed to a method comprising: receiving a plurality of first battery status information from a plurality of Relay UEs, wherein each first battery status information includes an estimated time length of residual battery life of a respective Relay UE; if a congestion is recognized, transmitting a first request signal for requesting additional information about battery status to the plurality of Relay UEs; as a response to the first request signal, receiving a plurality of second battery status information from the plurality of Relay UEs, wherein each second battery status information includes a charging status of a respective Relay UE; and selecting one of the plurality of Relay UEs based on the first and second battery status information, and an apparatus therefore. Disclosed herein is a method for tracking a location in vehicle-to-X (V2X) communication in a wireless communication system. The method includes receiving a second message from a second network entity, checking whether the second vehicle UE is served by a cellular network, identifying its own ID included in the received second message, and transmitting a third message including second control information related to the location of the second vehicle UE to the second network entity if the second vehicle UE is served by the cellular network.

A method and apparatus for performing application specific access control in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives access control related system information from a network, identifies initiation of a specific application, and determines whether or not access attempt for the specific application is allowed, based on the received access control related system information. Accordingly, the UE may determine whether or not to skip access control barring (ACB) check for the specific application, or whether or not to skip random access backoff for the specific application.

Disclosed herein is a method for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system supporting a Relay UE. The method performed by the Relay UE comprises determining whether or not to serve a connection request for a Remote UE using at least one of first control information related to a current state of the Relay UE, second control information indicating a type of traffic to be supported, and third information indicating a current load state of the Relay UE; and transmitting the determination result to at least one Remote UE.
