Abstract: A handle for a construction tool includes a lower handle portion configured to be coupled to the construction tool, an upper handle portion coupled to the lower handle portion, a handlebar coupled to the upper handle portion and configured to be grasped by a user during operation of the construction tool, and a vibration isolating joint positioned between the handlebar and the upper handle portion. The vibration isolating joint isolates the handlebar from vibration transmitted to the upper handle portion from the construction tool. The vibration isolating joint provides a first degree of freedom to the handlebar relative to the upper handle portion and a different, second degree of freedom to the handlebar relative to the upper handle portion.

The lifting device further includes an auxiliary drive unit including a second spool with a second cable to raise and lower the lifting device in a second direction different than the first direction.

Abstract: A concrete vibrator system comprises a vibrating head including a shaft. The shaft has a center of mass that is radially offset from a rotational axis of the shaft. The vibrating head also includes an onboard electric motor configured to provide torque to the shaft, causing the shaft to rotate. The concrete vibrator system further comprises a portable power unit including a battery pack configured to provide electrical current to the motor. A cable extends between the portable power unit and the vibrating head. The cable is configured to transmit electrical current from the battery pack to the motor and a motor control signal from the portable power unit to the motor.

Abstract: A vibratory rammer includes an upper mass, a lower mass coupled to the upper mass, a longitudinal axis extending centrally through the upper mass and the lower mass, and a handle coupled to the upper mass with a handle vibration dampening mechanism that is configured to attenuate vibration transmitted to the handle. The handle is configured to support a user interface on a first side of the longitudinal axis. A motor is coupled to the upper mass and a drive mechanism is operably coupled to the motor and the lower mass. The drive mechanism configured to move the lower mass in a reciprocating manner. A battery provides power to the motor and is coupled to the upper mass with a battery vibration dampening mechanism that is configured to attenuate vibration transmitted to the battery. The battery positioned on a second side of the longitudinal axis opposite the first side.
