摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages comprising one or more configuration parameters. The one or more configuration parameters indicate: a plurality of control resource sets (coresets); a first group of search space sets for monitoring the plurality of coresets in a first mode; and a second group of search space sets for monitoring the plurality of coresets in a second mode. Reference signals for radio link monitoring are selected based on the first group of search space sets. The reference signals for the radio link monitoring are measured for both in the first mode and the second mode.

摘要: A wireless device receives a first downlink control information (DCI) comprising a first hybrid automatic request (HARQ) process identifier and a first new data indicator (NDI). A second DCI is received with the first HARQ process identifier and a second NDI. The second NDI is considered as toggled regardless of a value of the second NDI in response to the first DCI indicating postponing a HARQ acknowledgement transmission for a HARQ process identified by the first HARQ process identifier. The wireless device flushes a HARQ buffer associated with the HARQ process based on the second NDI being toggled.

In response to receiving a downlink control information indicating transitioning the first SCell group to a dormant state, the wireless device transitions the one or more first cells to the dormant state and maintains the plurality of second cells in the non-dormant state.

The configuration parameter(s) indicate a cell radio identifier, a plurality of random access preambles of the cell, and random access channel occasion(s) of the cell. The wireless device transmits, to the second base station via the random access channel occasion(s), random access preamble(s) of the plurality of random access preambles using a plurality of transmit beams. The wireless device receives random access response(s) identified by the cell radio identifier. The random access response(s) comprise a first preamble identifier corresponding to a first random access preamble of the random access preamble(s). The wireless device determines a first transmit beam of the plurality of transmit beams used to transmit the first random access preamble. The wireless device transmits, to the second base station, data using the first transmit beam.

The MAC CE comprises: a first field associated with a first cell of a plurality of cells, wherein the first field being set to a first value indicates a command of activation/deactivation of SP CSI reporting on the first cell is present; a semi-persistent channel state information (SP CSI) reporting activation/deactivation indicator; and a SP CSI report trigger field indicating a SP CSI reporting of a plurality of SP CSI reporting on the first cell; In response to the SP CSI reporting activation/deactivation indicator indicating an activation of the SP CSI reporting on the first cell, a SP CSI report for the first cell is transmitted via an uplink control channel.

摘要: A wireless device receives a timer value of a DRX on duration timer for a DRX operation; radio resources of a reference signals for a transmission of a layer 1 reference signal received power report; and a report indicator indicating the transmission of the layer 1 reference signal received power report is limited to a time period when the DRX on duration timer is running. The layer 1 reference signal received power report is transmitted at a first time based on the DRX on duration timer running at a predefined time period before the first time. The layer 1 reference signal received power report includes a layer 1 reference signal received power value and a reference signal resource index associated with one of the reference signal(s). Based on the report indicator, transmitting of the layer 1 reference signal received power report at a second time is skipped in response to the DRX on duration timer not running at the predefined time period before the second time.

摘要: A wireless device may receive configuration parameters for configured uplink transmissions via a plurality of resources. A first uplink transmission may be associated with a first resource in the plurality of resources and may be associated with a first HARQ process number. The wireless device may cancel a trigger for transmitting a buffer status report and create a first packet comprising the buffer status report for transmission via the first resource. The wireless device may receive, before a scheduled transmission of the first packet, a downlink control information for transmission of a second packet. The second packet may be associated with the first HARQ process number. In response to the downlink control information, the wireless device may drop the scheduled transmission of the first packet via the first resource and trigger the trigger for transmitting the buffer status report in response to receiving the downlink control information.

The MAC CE indicates second pathloss RSs of the plurality of pathloss RSs for the second panel. A downlink control information (DCI) is received. The DCI indicates a first pathloss RS. The DCI indicates a second pathloss RS. The wireless device transmits, via the first panel, a first uplink transport block with a first uplink transmission power determined based on the first pathloss RS. The wireless device transmits, via the second panel, a second uplink transport block with a second uplink transmission power determined based on the second pathloss RS.

The wireless device detects at least a first synchronization status based on the monitoring the first radio link quality. The wireless device receives a downlink control information indicating transitioning from the non-power-saving state to a power saving state. The wireless device monitors, based on the downlink control information, a second radio link quality on a second plurality of reference signals of the bandwidth part. The wireless device detects at least a second synchronization status based on the monitoring the second radio link quality.
