    摘要： An electrical resistance grid welding machine for welding a family of wires as it passes through the machine along a feedpath into a strip of welded mesh which has a row of electrodes and a row of counterelectrodes arranged above and below the family of wires. The electrodes and counterelectrodes are supported at intervals by separate electrode beams which are driven back and forth, thus coupling the electrodes and counterelectrodes in a common motion. Pressure beams, which are connected to the electrode beams by rigid connectors, can be driven only perpendicular to the feed path. These pressure beams transmit the welding pressure to the electrodes but permit the electrode beams to carry out their reciprocating motion. The electrodes are guided in their associated electrode beam so as to be able to shift in the beam and are loaded by springs.

    摘要： In order to be able to remove the wire from its supply source and in order to be able to prevent a bending of the wire, a wire-feed-clamp (3) can be moved along an alignment element (2) which, in a fixed position, is arranged on a carrier (1), whereby the wire-feed-clamp (3) produces a one-sided gripping effect and whereby a hollow needle (8) is affixed on the front side of the wire-feed-clamp (3), for the purpose of penetration of the solid body; at the rear extremity of the alignment element (2), a return-motion stopping-element (11) for the wire is arranged which, in the same sense as the wire-feed-clamp (3), produces a one-sided gripping effect and is aligned with the hollow needle (8) and whereby in front of the alignment element (2), a cutting element (20, 21) is arranged for the purpose of cutting-off the wire section which, at any given time, had been pushed through the solid body.

    摘要： This multispotwelding machine serving for the production of grids or gratings has a welding electrode system (50, 51, 52) suitable for double spotwelding in the direction of the longitudinal members (L) and having two lines of weld (S1, S2), two crosswire feed lines (E1, E2) arranged in a fixed position at a distance apart (A), two crosswire transfer tools (4, 5) which are arranged on a common bearer (1), which can be shifted in the direction of the grid feed by a length of stroke (H) corresponding with the distance of the plane of symmetry (ME) of the feed lines from the plane of symmetry (MS) of the lines of weld (S1, S2) of the welding electrode system, as well as a grid feed mechanism (67). For enabling alteration of the crosswire pitches a mechanism (2, 3, 21, 23) is provided by which the crosswire transfer tools (4, 5) can, during the motion of the transfer tools, be adjusted on the common bearer (1) in opposite senses by equal amounts (x) in the direction of the longitudinal members (L), so that their lengths of stroke (H.+-.x) are altered in opposite senses with respect to the length of stroke (H) of the bearer (1).

    摘要： The invention concerns a feed device for feeding rod or striplike material, the device having two or more feed members which are arranged to lie behind one another along a feed path of the material. Each of the feed members carries a plurality of grippers arranged at equal angular intervals around a central axis of the feed member and is connected with a gearing which imposes on the feed member a rotational motion about its axis and, simultaneously, a circular motion about a fixed axis parallel with its own axis. The arrangement is such that said rotational and circular motions are coordinated so that the grippers of each of said feed members describe a trochoidal path which includes a substantially straight-line section along the feed path. Devices are provided for the automatic actuation of the grippers during their sweep through the straight-line section and the motion of the two feed members is coordinated so that the grippers of one feed member engage the material alternately with the grippers of the other feed member with an overlap in time to provide continuous advancement of the material.
