摘要: A lubricating device for a four-stroke engine is provided that circulates oil while lubricating each part in a valve operating chamber and a crank chamber by supplying the oil to the valve operating chamber and the crank chamber using pressure fluctuation in the crank chamber, the pressure fluctuation being caused by reciprocating motion of a piston. The valve operating chamber is formed by mounting a valve operating chamber cover, and a suction passageway that sucks the oil in the valve operating chamber is provided by forming a groove on an inner surface of the valve operating chamber cover and sealing the groove with a sealing member shaped to fit the groove.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a dust core wherein generation of iron oxide at grain boundaries in the dust core is unlikely to take place upon annealing of the dust core subjected to compaction, thus allowing excellent electromagnetic characteristics to be realized. Also, the following is provided: a method for producing a dust core, which comprises: a step of molding a magnetic powder comprising a powder for a dust core formed with an iron-based magnetic powder coated with a silicone resin into a dust core via compaction; and a step of annealing the dust core via heating so as to cause the silicone resin contained in the dust core to be partially formed into a silicate compound, wherein annealing of the dust core is carried out at a dew point of an inert gas of −40° C. or lower in an inert gas atmosphere in the annealing step.

摘要: A powder for dust core including a soft magnetic metal powder and a silicon impregnated layer made of silicon concentrated in a surface layer of the soft magnetic metal powder, in which a silicon dioxide powder is diffusion-bonded to a surface of the silicon impregnated layer to form a diffusion-bonded part while a part of the silicon dioxide powder is impregnated and diffused in the silicon impregnated layer and the other part of the same protrudes from the surface of the silicon impregnated layer. The diffusion-bonded part creates a gap with respect to another powder for dust core, thereby providing increased specific resistance.

摘要: In an optical waveguide device, in a cross direction intersecting an extension direction of waveguide sections, one or more bridge portions of a ground electrode closer to a center of stress distribution of a stress due to a support member, and one or more bridge portions of a ground electrode farther from the center of stress distribution are formed with different shapes. The structure of the ground electrodes is devised so that a stress negating the difference in stress characteristics between the plurality of waveguide sections, generated by the stress applied from the support member to a substrate, is applied from the ground electrode to the substrate.

摘要: An optical device having a substrate having an electro-optical effect, an optical waveguide formed in the substrate, and an electric field emission electrode, and an electric field convergence electrode to which an electric field emitted from the electric field emission electrode converges. The optical waveguide is formed such that light propagating through the optical waveguide passes through an area under the electric field emission electrode or an area under the electric field convergence electrode and then passes through a remaining electrode. As a result, even when an interaction length is increased, the optical device acquires (increases) a modulation index appropriate to the increase in interaction length, thereby diminishing a drive voltage.
