摘要: An information delivery system, an information delivery method, an information processing apparatus, and an information processing method is used advantageously to deliver content stream data easily, reliably and inexpensively to the general users. A personal computer prepares a content file and an order form file using software provided by a center system, and transmits the prepared files to the center system over the Internet. Given the order form file from a customer device, the center system encodes a content file accordingly to generate content stream data and causes a moving picture delivery server to deliver the generated stream data to user terminals. This invention can be applied, among others, to systems for delivering content data over the Internet.

摘要: A sustained-release microsphere formulation containing a short chain deoxyribonucleic acid or a short chain ribonucleic acid as an active ingredient, which has improved sustained-release properties and long-lasting efficacy, is provided. A fine particle formulation, encapsulating stably a short chain deoxyribonucleic acid or a short chain ribonucleic acid, being capable of inhibiting, for a long period, expression of a specific protein related to a disease, and which can be administered by injection or transmucosally, and a production method of the same are provided. A sustained-release microsphere formulation containing a short chain deoxyribonucleic acid or a short chain ribonucleic acid, particularly siRNA, as an active ingredient, especially a sustained-release microsphere prepared through a w1/o/w2 type emulsion, is characterized in that a positively charged basic substance, such as arginine, polyethylenimine, a cell permeable peptide, poly-L-lysine or poly-L-ornithine, is included in an in vivo degradable polymer.

摘要: A fundus oculi observation device 1 splits a low-coherence light L0 into a signal light LS and a reference light LR, generates an interference light LC from the signal light LS propagated through an eye E and the reference light LR propagated through a reference mirror 174 to detect the interference light LC and, based on the result of the detection, forms a tomographic image of a fundus oculi Ef. The device 1 includes a scan unit 141 configured to scan with the signal light LS, and an LCD and optical system that present a fixation target. The device 1 acquires an image of the fundus oculi Ef in a state that scan a fixation target is presented while scanning with the signal light LS, and based on the image, determines whether fixation is proper or not.

摘要: LCD 140 is provided for displaying an internal fixation target for fixating an eye E. Projection optical system (a part of an imaging optical system 120) is provided for projecting the displayed internal fixation target onto the a fundus oculi Ef. Image forming part 220 is provided for forming 2-dimensional images (images of fundus oculi) Ef of the surface of fundus oculi Ef. Display part 240A is provided for displaying images of fundus oculi Ef. Operation part 240B is provided for specifying the position of the displayed images of fundus oculi Ef. Main controller 211 is provided for changing the projection position of the internal fixation target on the fundus oculi by changing the display position of the fixation target by the LCD 140 based on the specified position. The image forming part 220 forms tomographic images of the fundus oculi Ef with the internal fixation target projected.

摘要: There is provided wiring device for optical fiber capable of increasing the performance of construction work. A cover 2 is disposed in an aperture formed at front surface of the plug receptacle main body 1, the upper end thereof is rotatably supported to the plug receptacle main body 1, and a receptacle 3 is attached to the rear surface side of the cover 2. The receptacle 3 has a plug connection hole facing an outer surface side of a building at least at a used state and a plug connection portion into which a first optical-fiber plug being attached to the optical fiber cable wired to the inside of the building is inserted and connected, and optically connects the first optical fiber being connected to the plug connection portion and a second optical-fiber plug inserted from the outer surface side of the building through the plug connection hole. A notch 14 for inserting the first optical-fiber plug is formed at a sidewall 11b of the plug receptacle main body 1 which is located in the inserting direction of the optical fiber plug inserted and connected to the plug connection portion.
