    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a bearing seal not only whose sealing performance is favorable in normal time, but also whose sealing performance can be prevented from being deteriorated when subjected to vibration caused by impact. A bearing seal includes: a ring-shaped outer seal portion 51; a ring-shaped inner seal portion 52 provided inside the outer seal portion 51; a connecting portion 53 for connecting the inner seal portion 52 and the outer seal portion 51; and an inner ring 60 provided at the connecting portion 53. The outer seal portion 51, the inner seal portion 52, and the connecting portion 53 are integrally formed of the same material consisting of an elastic material. The inner seal portion 52 is formed to have rigidity higher than that of the outer seal portion 51, and has a ring-shaped seal surface 52A gradually approaching a ring center axis of the inner seal portion 52 while extending from a ring-shaped base end side connected to the connecting portion 53 toward a distal end side.

    摘要: A pressurized fluid supply system, in which a plurality of pressure compensation valves are connected to a pump discharge line of a hydraulic pump in parallel, and direction control valves are provided at the outlet side of each pressure compensation valve to supply a discharged pressurized fluid from the hydraulic pump to a plurality of actuators. The pressure compensation valves include a check valve portion establishing and blocking communication between the pump discharge line and the inlet port of the direction control valve, and a pressure reduction valve portion for supplying a reduced pressure from the pump discharge line. The check valve portion shifts in a valve opening direction in response to an inlet pressure and shifts in a valve closing direction in response to an outlet pressure. The pressure reduction valve portion has a first and a second pressure chamber. Pressure in the first pressure chamber urges a valve element toward a position establishing communication between the inlet side and the outlet side, and a pressure in the second pressure chamber cooperates with a spring to urge the valve element to a position blocking communication between the inlet side and the outlet side, and biasing the check valve portion toward the valve closing direction. A load pressure of the actuator, to which the pressurized fluid is supplied, is introduced into the first pressure chamber and fluidly connects all of the second pressure chambers together.

    摘要: An operating valve device for supplying fluid under pressure to an actuator comprises: a first hole (3) and a second hole (4) for allowing fluid under pressure supplied by a pump (P) into an inlet port (2) connected with the pump to selectively flow into pressure chambers (B.sub.1, B.sub.2) defined on both sides of an actuator (B) through outlet ports (6, 7), respectively; a first communication hole (12) and a second communication hole (13) formed coaxially and in opposed relationship with each other so as to allow the first and second holes, respectively, to communicate with a tank port (10); a first valve hole (14) and a second valve hole (15) formed coaxially in the valve body outside and in succession with these communication holes, respectively; a pair of support shafts (16, 16) inserted in these valve holes, respectively, in opposed relationship with each other; vacuum prevention valves (9, 9) each mounted on the leading end portion of each of the support shafts so as to open and shut the communication hole; and check valves (8, 8) each mounted on the axially intermediate portion of each of the support shafts so as to prevent fluid under pressure from flowing through the first and second holes, respectively, into the inlet port. Since the operating valve device has the vacuum prevention valves and the check valves mounted coaxially on the pair of support shafts, the whole operating valve device becomes compact, and fluid leakage can be reduced substantially.

This hydraulic pilot valve unit includes valve spools 23 each being slidably movable between a first position where the pilot fluid under pressure supplied by a pilot pressurized fluid supply pump (27) is allowed to flow into outlet ports (26) formed in the valve body (1), and a second position where the outlet ports are allowed to communicate with a reservoir port (30) formed for drainage purposes. The arrangement is made such that the force applied by the operator to the operating lever (38), which is adapted to slidably move the valve spools, can be transmitted to the latter by a damper effect developed in damper chambers.
