摘要： Greeting cards can be organized into multiple sender profiles. Greeting cards for each profile are displayed in one or more displays. The display can include one or more tiered display panels. Each tiered display panel can include multiple rows of pockets for displaying greeting cards in a full-facing or partial facing manner and captions at one or more of the pockets to display the internal content of the greeting cards. The display also can include a display panel identifying the sender profile associated with the apparatus. Each sender profile can be assigned a unique color which is applied to the display panel associated with the respective sender profile.

摘要： An embodiment of a scanning system is described including optical elements that direct an excitation beam at a probe array, detectors that receive reflected intensity data responsive to the excitation beam, where the reflected intensity data is responsive to a focusing distance between an optical element and the probe array, a transport frame that adjusts the focusing distance in a direction with respect to the probe array, an auto-focuser that determines a best plane of focus based upon characteristics of the reflected intensity data of at least two focusing distances where the detectors further receive pixel intensity values based upon detected emissions from a plurality of probe features disposed on the probe array at the best plane of focus, and an image generator that associates each of the pixel intensity values with at least one image pixel position of a probe array based upon one or more position correction values.

Content capabilities that can be brokered include, but are not limited to, quality of service and content screening. In an embodiment, a content capability clearing house includes a receiver that receives content capability request messages and other messages from network providers. A content capability request message includes a quality of service request and/or a subscriber profile request for use with content screening and subscriber specific advertisements. The present invention includes a series of methods for determining content capabilities for data transmission over a transaction between a content provider and a subscriber in which a content capability clearing house is used to efficiently broker and manage the capability among multiple network providers.
