    摘要: A lamp, in particular a lamp for medical applications (operating lamps), having at least one light source, and at least two reflectors, is provided where in order to form a low-shadow illuminated area, light emerging from the lamp impinges upon the illuminated area by at least two different angles of incidence, such that the angles of incidence of the light can be adjusted by changing the distance between the at least two reflectors or between one reflector and the source of the light. The at least two reflectors may be arranged so that they can shift in the radial direction on carrier rails that extend radially from the center of the lamp. In this arrangement, the reflectors always lie on a common circular circumference, and the reflectors can be shifted through manually activated gears or through electric drive motors. Two ring-shaped reflectors may also be provided coaxially to the lamp-longitudinal axes, where an outer ring-reflector surrounds the light source affixed along the longitudinal axis, while on the side that faces away from the illuminated area, an inner ring-reflector is provided. The inner ring reflector is arranged so that it can be shifted along the longitudinal axis. Alternatively, two ring-shaped reflectors are provided coaxially to the lamp-longitudinal axes, where an outer ring-reflector surrounds the light source arranged along the longitudinal axis, while on the side that faces away from the illuminated area, an inner ring-reflector is provided in a fixed position.     摘要: In order to make continuous lamp operation in a failsafe lamp, particularly a lamp for medical applications, having a discharge lamp possible even When changing over between a power supply system (low voltage supply system of, for example, 24 V) and an additional safety power supply (ZSV), a buffer store is discharged in the event of a fault in the power supply for a supply unit for the lamp by changing over to a standby power source, or, once the fault has been elitinated, from the standby power source back to the normal power supply, the buffer store outputting electrical energy to operate the discharge lamp. The electrical energy supplied to the supply unit (EVG) first passes through a full-wave rectifier and is then supplied to a voltage converter containig the buffer store. The discharge lamp is subsequently supplied with the electrical energy via a power-regulated inverter. Thus, it is ensured that, even for changeover procedures with different current types—e.g. from alternating current to direct current—the power regulation of the discharge lamp permits unimpaired, continuous discharge lamp operation. In the event of a fault in the operation of the discharge lamp or its energy supply, a circuit for operating a halogen incandescent lamp as a reserve lamp is completed.

    摘要: An operating-room lighting device with an inner lighting unit that includes at least one discharge lamp and an inner reflector in a housing. The lighting unit is at least partially enclosed by an outer annular housing with an annularly or polygonally designed reflector for convergent deviation of light emitted by the lighting unit into an illumination field. The outer reflector includes, on its side facing the inner lighting unit, a closed transparent surface whose back adjoins a reflective layer. The reflective layer is applied to the back of the transparent surface. The inner lighting unit and the outer reflector are held together by a connecting member, which is articulated to a curved intermediate piece for attachment to a stationary support. It is therefore possible to provide an operating-room lighting device having a high illumination intensity, which supplies the illumination field, on the one hand, with light from a large diameter and, on the other hand, from a small diameter, so as to offer both good lighting of narrow wounds and good illumination behind possible obstacles. The lighting unit is furthermore compactly designed and suitable for laminar flow in order to avoid contamination in the environment of the operation-room field.

    摘要: An aspirator pump, especially for medical purposes, has a receptacle with two chambers arranged alongside each other, which are connected with a suction tube, and on each of which an element is arranged which is movable approximately parallel to the other, each partially enclosing a hollow space for generating a vacuum. The two movable elements are connected to each other by means of a lever, whose two end parts are attached at the upper area of the respective movable elements, and whose middle part is movably attached in a bearing positioned between the chambers. In the upper area of each movable element a one way valve is installed which opens when the pressure in the hollow space is higher than the surrounding air pressure. An easy operation and cleaning, as well as a reliable aspiration is obtained with the aspirator pump, owing to the fact that at all times a chamber and a movable element enclose a common, variable hollow space, wherein the movable element bounds the upper area of the hollow space. The two hollow spaces are connected through a common manifold with a connection for the suction tube of a catheter, and an additional one way valve is arranged at the entrance of each hollow space into the manifold, which closes when the pressure in the hollow space is greater than the surrounding pressure.
