    摘要: A plurality of resistors is connected to a plurality of output terminals of a semiconductor integrated circuit, respectively, and a predetermined voltage is applied to the plurality of resistors. Also, a predetermined operation pattern signal used to test functions of the semiconductor integrated circuit is input to a plurality of input terminals of the semiconductor integrated circuit. Thus, a total sum of amounts of currents caused to flow through the plurality of resistors, respectively, is measured. The total sum of amounts of currents thus measured is compared with a normal value of a total sum of amounts of currents which are measured in a non-defective sample which is used instead of the semiconductor integrated circuit and is verified in advance to normally operate. It is judged based on the comparison results whether or not the semiconductor integrated circuit is normal. As a result, whether or not the semiconductor integrated circuit is a non-defective or a defective can be simply judged without performing logic simulation and failure simulation.

    摘要: The present invention provides an improved positioning control system for a hard disk device, wherein a servo burst signal for the head positioning is stored at two points on the circumference of each track of the disk in order to eliminate the recording density, thereby performing fine positioning of a two phase step motor by microstepping. The step motor is connected to a rotary type actuator through a steel belt, thereby moving the head in a radial direction along the disk by driving the step motor. The step motor is excited every .pi./4 (rad) of the two phase electrical phase angle from a positon of .pi./8 (rad) of the two phase electrical phase angle, at the time of exciting. The measurement of the hysteresis of the step motor and the measurement of an off-set value of the step motor are performed at the time of excitement the device, thereby realizing the correction of the measurement of track head deviation from a track center during operation.

    摘要: A cable connector is provided including an insulative housing having an insertion opening through which a flat flexible cable may be inserted. An actuator is movably mounted on the housing and configured to be moved from a first position at which the flat flexible cable may be inserted and a second position at which the contact pads of the flat flexible cable are operatively engaged by terminals of the connector. A plurality of conductive terminals are mounted in the housing. Each terminal is configured to be electrically connected to a contact pad of the flat flexible cable. Each terminal includes a base portion disposed at a rear end of the terminal and extending in the vertical direction, an actuator holding arm portion, a front resilient contact arm portion, and a rear resilient contact arm portion. The contact arm portions engage the contact pads in a mutually independent way. The actuator holding arm portion and each contact arm portion have a proximal end thereof secured to the base portion and a contact portion at a free end of thereof.

Thereby, the top surface of an emitter electrode in a second layer is influenced by at most only a level difference of each emitter through hole formed in an insulating film having a larger thickness, and thus the flatness of the top surface of the emitter electrode in the second layer is improved. Accordingly, fixation failure of a metal plate can be avoided.
