    摘要： Conventionally, a particular countermeasure has been taken for each of the error factors. That is, each error requires a circuit and the like for carrying out the countermeasure, which leads to an increase size of the entire circuit. The present invention includes a controller 14 which resets a system time clock STC serving as the system reference time with a time management information PTM in a video decoder 7. This reset time is compared to a time management information PTM or DTM of the video decoder 7 or an audio decoder 11. According to a result of the comparison, the synchronization lag between the video signal and the audio signal is controlled.

    摘要： A transformer includes a leg iron core including a plurality of magnetic sheets stacked in one direction (Z axis direction), and a coil wound around the leg iron core. A slit is formed in at least a magnetic sheet which faces an inner peripheral surface of the coil in a stacking direction of the plurality of magnetic sheets, of the plurality of magnetic sheets. Since eddy current is divided by the slit, eddy current density can be reduced. By reducing the eddy current density, loss density in an iron core can be reduced. By reducing the loss density in the iron core, loss in the transformer can be reduced.

The current transformer 4 and the electric field shield 5 constitute a tubular part that outputs a signal representing an electric physical quantity. The metallic vessel 1 is filled with an insulating gas 19. The tubular part has an opening 6 formed therein. In a posture in which the center axis of the tubular part about which the tubular part surrounds the center conductor 2 is substantially horizontal, the opening 6 is located in a surface of the tubular part, which surface is included in a lower portion of the tubular part and faces the center conductor 2.

When the V timing of an input signal is asynchronous with that of recording signal, the MPEG encoder (17) inserts null data as blanking data into an arbitrary frame if a frame repeat has occurred or deletes null data from blanking data from an arbitrary frame if a frame skip has occurred.
