    摘要: A display apparatus includes a biometric information sensing layer including a sensor, a display module disposed on the biometric information sensing layer and including a plurality of pixels, and an optical pattern layer disposed between the biometric information sensing layer and the display module and including a light shielding part and a transmission part. The light shielding part includes a plurality of light shielding layers. The transmission part has a light transmittance greater than a light transmittance of the light shielding part. A plurality of holes is defined in each of the light shielding layers. The transmission part fills the holes and portions between the light shielding layers.

    摘要: A display apparatus may include a backlight assembly configured to generate an emitted light and a display panel configured to receive the emitted light to display images. The display panel may include a display substrate, an opposite substrate facing the display substrate, a wire grid polarizer, and a reflection reducing layer. The wire grid polarizer may be disposed on at least one of the display substrate and the opposite substrate to polarize the emitted light. The reflection reducing layer may have a grid shape and may be disposed on the wire grid polarizer. The reflection reducing layer may reduce an amount of a light reflected by the wire grid polarizer.

    摘要: A method of fabricating a polarizing member includes: sequentially disposing a metal layer and a preliminary pattern layer on a base substrate including a display area and a non-display area; forming a patterned resin layer on the preliminary pattern layer in the display area, the patterned resin layer including patterns formed on a surface of the patterned resin layer; surface-treating the preliminary pattern layer and the patterned resin layer; forming a mask pattern including a photoresist material on the preliminary pattern layer disposed in the non-display area; forming preliminary patterns on the preliminary pattern layer using the patterned resin layer; and forming a wire grid polarizing unit in the display area by etching the metal layer using the preliminary pattern and the mask pattern as a polarizing pattern.
