    Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate including a first surface and a second surface, which are opposite to each other, where the first substrate includes a rigid material, a second substrate disposed on the first surface of the first substrate, where the second substrate includes a flexible material, and a plurality of light-emitting elements disposed on the second substrate, where the first substrate further include first side surfaces disposed between the first and second surfaces, and first inclined surfaces disposed between the first surface and the first side surfaces, where the first side surfaces and the first inclined surfaces are at edges of the first substrate in a bending area where the second substrate is bent, and the display device further includes a filler disposed between a bottom surface of the second substrate and the first side surfaces of the first substrate, in the bending area.

    Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate, a wire pad in a pad area, first banks in a display area, electrodes on the first banks, a pad electrode base layer on the wire pad, having a greater width than the wire pad, and covering sides of the wire pad, a first insulating layer covering parts of the electrodes and part of the pad electrode base layer, light-emitting elements on the first insulating layer in the display area, respective ends of the light-emitting elements being on different electrodes, contact electrodes on the electrodes and contacting first ends of the light-emitting elements, and a pad electrode upper layer on the first insulating layer in the pad area and directly contacting the pad electrode base layer, wherein the pad electrode base layer includes the same material as the electrodes, and the pad electrode upper layer includes the same material as the contact electrodes.

    Abstract: An embodiment provides a display device including: a first substrate; a gate line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a first direction; a storage electrode line extending in the first direction on the same layer as the gate line and including a protrusion partially protruding in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a data line insulated from the gate line and the storage electrode line and extending in the second direction; a drain electrode disposed on the same layer as the data line and including an extension portion overlapping the protrusion; a pixel electrode including a connecting portion electrically connected to the extension portion of the drain electrode; and a first spacer disposed on the pixel electrode and partially overlapping the protrusion of the storage electrode line, wherein the first spacer covers an edge of the connecting portion of the pixel electrode in the first direction.
